Tykier walked slowly down the sidewalk. He was thinking about a very special girl... Ty came up to a big church, and he looked up. Hm... He opened his wings, and flew to the top of the cross.

Slythor was in the church, praying, as he always did in the sunday mornings. However, Blue was not so good at praying for hours and was therefore flying around outside of the church. Blue, however, spotted some kid flying onto the cross. Considering it a desecration of holy land, Blue immediately flew onto the kid and started to peck and claw at him.

Tykier (obviously) noticed the bird pecking at him, and, opening his wings, he dove toward the ground. "AH!!!" He was flying every which direction to try to get the bird away from him.

Slythor was immediately outside, calling blue back to him. Blue obeyed quite well, feathers ruffled out of anger as he flew back onto his companion's scaled arm. The male comforted his bird as he looekd up at the kid. "Hey Kid! Come down from there!!"

Slythor walked over to the crazy flying kid. Personally, he wish he could fly, but his one wing was much more beautiful than any of this man's wings. "What are you doing?You could've gotten in big trouble. Are you hurt? There are bandages in the church, follow me. " He explained, before pointing at the building Tykier had flown onto. "By the way, I'm Slythor, what about you?"

"Sorry!" He smacked himself in embarrassment, "I'm Tykier, but call me Ty, for short." He held out his hand for a handshake, trying to see if Slythor was friendly.

Slythor took the handshake responsibly, even though he didn't really approve of the kid's methods of flying onto buildings whnever he wanted. Tykier was just a kid. Maybe he didn't know any better. He shrugged and lead the boy into the church, looking for some bandages. Blue's talons were petty sharp after all.

Tykier followed the one-winged boy into the church. He saw all kinds of statues of Christ hanging from the cross, and other Christian-like things. Not really paying attention to the pain/blood. He re-adjusted his new transition monocles, so that they weren't sliding off his face.
(He does have some, it's just that Jay forgot to put them on his picture...)

Slythor found some bandages and gently covered Tykier's arms with them, wrapping them around gently and making sure they were secure when he was done. He smiled and pulled away, putting the bandages back and the first aid kid away. "How do you like the Church? Kinda big isn't it? I like coming here sometimes. It's very peaceful and sincere." He spoke.

Tykier looked at the bandages, and then to Slythor, "To tell you the truth... I've never been to a church before..! But it IS certainly big, and it does have a peaceful sorta feel to it..." It really was the truth! He has grown up having a Pagan guardian, so he never really came in here. His guardian, Eve, and he would usually go up the mountain to celebrate Pagan holidays; such as Yule(Dec. 21), Imbolc(Feb. 2), and Ostara(March 21). "But still... It is something..!"

Slythor smiled. "It's nice to come here if you need to get away from the world. It's very nice here. There's usually not too many people except during mass but people are allowed in whenever they wanted. " He smiled softly. "Mass is kinda confusing." He shrugged happily. "I never really pay attention. I think it's much better if people came here whenever they wanted without mass, to finnd their own relationship to God, y'know?"

Tykier felt that what Slythor said was truly deep, "Yeah... But do you want to know what I think God is..?" He smiled up at the teen.

Slythor replied easily. "Well, sure. I'm no priest. Heck, being half demon I shouldn't be here at all." He chuckled. Neither should Tykier, but he wasn't going to mention it. The kid didn't seem like he was able to handle such a shock, unlike him. He smiled and pat him softly.
