Graveyard Field: The stadium ceiling is shut tight in the particular field selection, covering the entire inner area of the stadium in a veil of pure darkness; one that even the Flash technique cannot break through. Grave stones of various types (ranging from crosses to a sculpture of the deceased) were scattered across the lifeless soil; some were still whole while many stood broken and unattended. Near the northern end of the battle field, a single withered tree stands hunched over as though in constant mourning of those who rest for eternity here. A dense fog weaves in and out of the headstones and hinders vision even more. The fog itself seems damp and heavy, like the tears of the living mourning for the lost. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to GHOST type attacks.

Lizzie hadn't fought in a graveyard field before. This was going to be interesting, though useless since ghost attacks won't affect a Skitty. And it would be a miracle if her Pokemon didn't spook himself into losing, being the scaredy-cat he was.
"Let's go Starlily!" She cried out before releasing the Cranidos into the field. She really hated that nickname but oh well.
Starlily snorted and stomped about, mostly because he was a bit spooked about this place than acting tough. He really wanted out, but since his trainer promised him some treats after this, he couldn't do so. Not right now.
((A bit of an explanation, the trainer that you borrowed my Skitty from and Lizzie aren't the same person. So yeah. owo Anyway roll the same dice as mine to see who goes first.))

Lumin looked up, dark and soothing. That was good. This kind of weather was no good for sketching, but he wasn't sketching. He looked down at the Skitty he had been loaned, "You ready?" The Skitty nodded vigorously, "Then let's go." The Skitty leaped out onto the field.
Tomfoolery ran out onto the field, he couldn't see much, but he could see enough.

Lumin looked around, and decided that it would be best to start off with a long ranged attack and not close in until he had gauged the enemy's power. He thought about the field, "Tomfoolery, use Shadow Ball"
Tomfoolery frowned, he hoped that this wasn't going to be a pattern, he wanted to actually hit his opponent. He opened his mouth and a ball of dark energy formed, then flew at the Cranidos.

Starlily took a couple steps back after being hit by the Shadow ball. It hurt a lot more than he had suspected! Maybe it's because of this field that the ghost attack was more painful.
Well he better pull it off or he wasn't getting a treat. Lizzie had a heck of a time trying to convince him to battle and she didn't want it to end in humiliation.
"Brick Break!"
The Cranidos didn't use this move very often. Then again he didn't use any moves very frequently. Charging at Tomfoolery, he let out a loud cry and aimed a punch at his face.
((HP: 675/800
It's super effective so it does 150 damage, if it hits.))

The Cranidos charged in, Brick Break. That was a fighting type move, super effective against the normal type Skitty, "Tomfoolery, dodge and counter with Iron tail."
Tomfoolery rolled his eyes, like he needed to be told to dodge, but Iron Tail WAS a nice change up. He jumped into the air over the Cranidos's punch, his tail becoming shiny metal, and swung it at his opponent.

Much like the Shadow ball, Starlily didn't expect his fluffy tail to do that much damage. But it did. Maybe it had to do something with being shiny. He wished that his trainer actually told him what to expect...
Lizzie didn't really see that, so she couldn't have told him even if she wanted to. Ok, she suspected that the Skitty had some kind of super-effective move but didn't know which one...
"Brick Break! Again!"
After shaking off a bit of dirt, Starlily charged at him once more, his claws clenched into a fist that should hopefully connect.
((Not nessecarily. But your HP is 800/800, before this move.

Tomfoolery was still in the air when the Cranidos came at him, he cringed, having no way to really dodge, as the attack hit him hard. He skidded across the feid and came to a stop against a grave stone. Stupid oversize Cranidose and his fighting type attacks. Lumin winced, he had heard the attack connect, and it had sounded rather painful. He needed to strike back, another Iron Tail. But the Pokemon was extremely powerful, and that fighting type attack was nothing to scoff at. He came up with an idea, "Tomfoolery, sing." Tomfoolery blinked. Perfect, now he had to sing the big guy to sleep. Ah well, at least it would keep him from getting slugged again. He belted out a soothing song in the night, hopefully it would put the big dinosaur out for a while.

((Ok wow I really messed up my HP but I fixed it now.))
Thankfully, it didn't seem like Starlily was affected by the singing. It wouldn't look good for either of them if he was sleeping through his first fight.
"Don't let your guard down yet!" Lizzie thought that he looked a bit sleepy anyway. "Another Brick Break!"
Starlily really wanted to just doze off but it was too noisy to do so, with his trainer's yelling and various other stuffs. Sprinting towards Tomfoolery again, he flung another punch at him, hoping that hitting him would silence him and the singing.

Tomfoolery tumbled end over end over a tombstone. This wasn't going well, and he didn't like it. Lumin cringed as another attack hit, he needed to get the Cranidos to sleep, "Again. Sing." AGAIN? good grief, this could get old VERY fast. Tomfoolery opened up once more and hummed out a soothing song.

Ack! It actually landed! Lizzie bit her lip in frustration as she watched the Cranidos fall asleep on his feet. This wasn't looking too good.
Actually... wait... She did teach him that move that could come in handy for situations like this.
"Sleep talk!"
Starlily didn't really hear her that well through his sleepy mind. He didn't want to fight while he was having a nice dream anyways!
Yet, he managed to obey and hurl a Brick break at the skitty.
