The Plot Star Wars: The Galactic Civil War ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The rebelious members of the Alliance to Restore the Republic had have enough. Tired with enduring the atrocities commited by Emperor Palpatines and his ruthless underlings, the leaders of the Rebelion have decided it's time to bring the atrocities back to Palpatine. Following the sacrifice made by the Rebel Sympathizer-turned Jedi Garen Malek, Bail Organa, Mon Mothma, and Garm Bel Iblis have pooled their resources into an elaborate rebellion aimed at toppling the mighty empire. The centerpiece around their operation revolves around the destruction of the Emperor's latest superweapon, the Death Star. Leading their forces, it is their desire to destroy it and end Palpatine's rule once and for all. But the loyal forces of the Empire won't stand by and let a rebellion take root, much less carry out it's goal. Led by the Grand Admirals, the Dark Side Elite, and the ever-present, all-powerful Darth Vader, the Empire is setting out to eradicate all opposition, once and for all. And in between them? A whole galaxy full of sentients, criminals, law-abiding citizens, and more people then can be counted. Will they join the Empire, or defect to the Rebellion? Or join neither side? Only time will tell in what is proving to be the biggest war the galaxy has ever seen.

Application Rules/FAQs Application Rules01. The Application Form, found in the following post, must be filled out completely.02. You may not post in designated RP threads until your application has been approved by a Crew member. 03. Crew members reserve the right to reject any application for any reason. 04. Do not PM Crew members asking for their attention regarding your application. 05. You may not have more than one character in the role play (This applies to the Crew too), to reduce the risk of plot monopolisation. There will also be no Crew-only characters. Everyone only gets one character. Period. Anyone discovered to have more will be banned without a second thought.06. Your character can be aligned with any major faction.07. Jedi relatives are allowed, but strongly discouraged. 08. All role-play applications must be written in third-person omnipotent. 09. If you posted your app but are not finished put "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" at the top, if you do not the application will be graded as is. 10. No non-canon material allowed. The Imperials consist of Stormtroopers, Stardestroyers etc. However, they also include the Dark Jedi, formerly under the control of the late Emperor Palpatine, as their spies.
The New Republic is made up of planets formerly in the Rebel Alliance, as well as those liberated after the Battle of Endor. Under guidance from Luke Skywalker, the Jedi are growing in number in this faction, though many are still inexperienced.
Finally, those who are not aligned, or Neutral, are made up of Bounty Hunters, mercenaries, and pretty much any character that does not wish to be in either of the two main factions. Though it is encourage that they participate in some of the tension between the Imperials and the New Republic, is it not mandatory. 12.Q: Who will control factional NPCs, such as troops or artillery?A: Typically, the highest ranking member of a faction controls all it's NPCs actions. This time, however, we're trying a new system. Anyone can determine the actions of minor NPCs, regardless of faction, unless they are accompanied by another player from the opposing faction. This should make roleplaying much smoother. Of course, these actions have to be done within reason. You cannot storm an entire base by yourself and expect people to accept your character survived. Also, no matter how good your character is, you will not hit every shot fired. Disputes are entirely down to Crew digression. If this system does not work, it will be changed.

Jeniffer was always good at sports, which was one thing she felt had to come from her father because her mother would seem to trip over her own two feet all the time. About a year ago Jeniffere's mother started dating again, which Jeniffer was against. Now her mother is going to be moving off world to go leave with her new love, however Jeniffer will not. Jeniffer had no idea where to go or what to do, but when she remembered that Jedi trained people who were stronge. Gaia Name: MOD Character Character Name: Admiral Theron Faust Gender: Male Age: 44 Race: Human Character Description: Theron seems a bit younger than people his own age, due to a genetic defect. Because of this, he has the body of someone 20 years younger than him. His hair is short and brown, and he's clean shaven. In accordance with regulations, he normally wears a black officer's uniform with his insignia over his left chest.
Relations: None that he contacts Character History: Theron grew up in the era leading up to the Galactic Civil War, so he saw his fair share of strife and war. He was never terribly close to his family, which suited him just fine. So, at the age of 20 (24 BBY; two years before the outbreak of the Clone Wars), he signed up for military service at the Carida Academy, and was graduated with the outbreak of the war as a Lieutenant.
Throughout the war, Theron made a name for himself for treating others with respect, but never taking no for an answer, even from his superiors. Palpatine saw this in him, and so enlisted him into the growing number of military soldiers and officers loyal to him. By the end of the war, Theron was serving as the Captain of Palpatine's personal flagship, the Imperator.
With the beginning of Imperialization, Theron moved up the ranks, moving into the field of command, until he was promoted up to the aluring Azure Hammer Command. Currently, he serves as the flag captain for the Azure Command as well as Sector Zero Defense Fleet. Personal Belongings: Aside from a few miscellaneous memoirs, and clothing, Theron doesn't own much. The military provides everything he needs, and he's quite content with it. The clothes on his back, as well as the DL-44 in his holster are both military-issue.
Alignment: Imperial Occupation: Admiral Skills: Commanding, Doing things "By the Book", inspiring others Flaws: He's loyal to the Empire, almost to a fault. If his mother was a spy, he'd shoot her himself.

Gaia Name: Sephiroth_2000 Character Name: Clint Jacobs Gender: Male Age: 29 Race: Human Character Description: Clint stands at roughly five feet nine inches tall, but with very little by the way of body mass. He lacks almost any muscle, and his face is pale and skinny, showing clear signs of a poor diet, with dark bags under his eyes. He has dark, greasy shoulder length hair, with an equally scruffy, frayed black beard, all being obvious signs of permature ageing. The only appealing aspect of Clint is his attire. He wears a spotless white suit and waistcoat combination, with a matching white and black trilby hat. Under his suit is maroon shirt, equally presentable, hidden mostly by a long black tie.
Personality wise, Clint is unpredictable to say the least. Burdened with a severe spice addiction, he is susceptible to dramatic mood wings. While on spice, he is largely deranged, almost completely lacking any logical thinking and much more prone to throw caution to the wind. However, his reflexes are almost inhuman while in this state, making him a formidable fighter. When he is unable to get any spice, he becomes irritable and inconsolable, until he starts to detoxify. Then, he becomes violent and psychotic. Though these moods are very obvious when they are happening, it is hard to tell just when he will switch.
Relations: None Character History: Growing up, Clint was the only child to James and Sarah Jacobs, who owned an extremely successful Peko-Peko ranch on the plains of Naboo. They specialised in breeding 'designer' Peko-Peko for weathly clients, as well as harvesting the unusable eggs for food. the family name was well known across Naboo and Rori. Their success meant they lived an very comfortable life, and were largely unaffected by the Galactic takeover by the Imperials.
Clint's mother died when he was five, after a rare breed of Peko-Peko Albertross turned feral. In her attempts to calm it, it struck a fatal blow to her head seconds before the beast was terminated. Such an unforeseen event caused quite a disturbance to the family, even though Clint was too young to recall the events of that day. Though the family were able to continue operating their ranch, James, Clint's father, was never quite the same.
At twenty three, eleven years after the Imperials had taken control of the Galaxy, Clint's was very much involved in his father's ranch. Of course, since his Mother's death, Clint had been forced to take up blaster training, to stop a repeat of that day, not that it had occurred. The ranch prospered, until one morning in the winter. An Imperial General, along with an small group of Stormtroopers, had arrived to commandeer to ranch from the Jacobs' family to feed the ever growing troops numbers in the Imperial Navy. Naturally, James refused, and was hastily taken prisoner. Clint, on the other hand, ran to the safety of the family's Nova Courier, when he then fled the system, leaving the ranch to the Imperials.
Over the years, Clint treated his depression from having lost his livelihood by using vast amounts of spice. He had paid for this through the small fortune hidden within the ship, as well as by pawning off many of the valuables. He never made any attempt to find his father, due to a mixture of becoming a junkie, and not having the connections in which to find him.
At twenty seven, he was approached by a loose band of rebels asking for his aid and wealth in fighting the Imperial Empire. Having been in a completely spiced-out state, Clint agreed, accepting the title of General. He was put incharge of several smuggling missions, all which ended in catastrophic failure, as well as the deaths of all the men under his command.
Now, with the Rebel Alliance official, Clint still remains a part of them. Of course, many of the higher-up consider him a grave liability due to his spice addiction, and wish his removed completely. However, as he still provides a significant chunk of the Alliance's wealth, he is kept, but at the rank of Lieutenant, which is nothing more than a ceremonial title. He is given almost no missions and, infact, is almost always off by himself trying to score his next load of spice. Personal Belongings: Prototype DE-10 Blaster Pistol, YKL-37R Nova Courier.
Alignment: Rebel Occupation: Lieutenant Skills: Skilled Pistoleer Flaws: Only good while on spice. Completely useless when not.

Gaia Name: King Robert Silvermyst Character Name: Rukario Ra'sava Gender: Male Age: 19 Race: Bothan Character Description: IMAGERelations: Ja'keel Ra'sava (father), Merdermes (friend from Sekotan) Character History: Rukario was born and raised on Tatooine. His father is a member of the Bothan Spynet, one of the higher-ups in the command chain. Rukario was raised on the barren planet, but he could sense things others couldn't. He was a force sensative and seemed to be able to communicate with wild animals and plants. Ja'keel taught Rukario the tricks of the spynet trade, as well as how to shoot a blaster, survival tactics and other spynet secrets. When he was old enough, he performed a mission to sabatoge an imperial search droid that landed on the planet of Sekotan. With the efforts of a few friends he made on the planet, he was able to disable the droid, sabatoge it's relay to give false information, and then help destroy it. For his actions, his newfound friends rewarded him by crafting a Zonama Sekotan Starship. It was a very special spaceship, unlike the multitude that flew through space. It was an organic, thinking ship. (See here for details). Rukario found that ten seeds had attached to him, and from these, the new ship would be built and born. From the first week of the ship's creation, Rukario was able to form a strong bond with the ship. Now, he works for the rebel alliance and perhaps answers about the strange energies he has always been able to feel where others could not. Personal Belongings: Zonama Sekotan Starship, Modified Hold-out blaster, Gee-Tech 12 Defender, Cortosis-alloy Vibroblade, datapad, holocrom, maintenance remote droid. Alignment: Neutral Good Occupation: Spynet opperative Skills: Force Sensative, able to 'communicate' with animals and plants due to force sensativity, ace pilot, very accurate with hold-out blasters (all makes and modifications thereof), decent melee fighting skill. Flaws: Can sometimes be overwhelmed by the number of 'voices' he hears since he has no control over his latent abilities. Like most Bothans, he thinks of his own survival first, but at least attempts to save others when he can. Roleplay Sample:Rukario could feel the vibrations of the tie fighter blasters pounding on his ship's natural shields. "Just hang on girl. We've gotten out of tougher scrapes than this." Rukario spoke as he took to evasive manuvers. the ship telepathically replied to him with a scarcastic tone of voice. Rukario gave a light chuckle as he spotted an ateroid field up ahead. "Are you telling me they can outrun you? I think you overestimate thier chances." Rukario replied before piloting his Zonama Sekotan Starship Astral Vixeninto the asteroid field. This is where things would get interessting. Rukario and the ship were in sync with each other, thier collective minds reading each other's thoughts. Because of such, both could react faster and with better precision to the floating rocks. The magma cannons along the wings and top center of the ship sucked in the small particles of rock. While the asteroid field had taken out five of the tie fighters, Rukario and his ship were about to deal with the remainder. Unfortunately for the TIE fighters, the shots of molten plasma rock fired from the Yaret-Kor cannons (See here for details) were much more potent than lasers, capable of melting right through the ships upon impact if it got through the deflector shields. And even if they didn't, the cuncussion of the attacks would certianly knock the enemy ships off course and possibly into any of the asteroids floating around. Performing a U-turn, Rukario flew striaght at the closest persuer, sinking a superheated plasma-rock shot through the TIE fighter. With a well-aimed shot, Rukario launched another attack, but this one at an asteroid. With a precise shot, the attack knocked the asteroid off and to the left, right into two TIE fighters, leaving only two more to kill. However, Rukario wasn't about to waste tie with them. With the hyperdrive fully charged, the Bothan piloted his ship out of the asteroid field, charted his course and punched it, leaving his persuers empty-handed. Approved -EK

Gaia Name: Cerasi~Kinn Character Name: Amanda Silva Gender: Female Age: 19 Race: Human Character Description: [Image]Amanda is, obviously, a human female, clearly identified by her sleek feminine figure, and approximately five feet and five inches tall. She has extremely long, dark brown hair, running all the way down to her hips, though she normally keeps it in a ponytail to stop it blowing around. She only owns one outfit, a tight-fitting black jumpsuit that leaves almost nothing to the imagination, but is perfect for remaining hidden in the shadows. Old, well-used, black leather shoes are worn with this to limit the noise she makes while moving, as well having a dark belt wrapped around her waist, which boasts only a single pack at the back. Unfortunately, the buckle on the belt is made of a shiny metal, which can sometimes reveal her while sneaking. Amanda's line of work makes it hard for her to be anything but the quiet type, as well as being fairly paranoid. The only people she is comfortable around are her local vendors, as well as her regular clients, but even then she keeps them at arms-length. Otherwise, she sticks mainly to herself. Relations: None Character History: Amanda was born the second child of three to a family of entertainers, with an older brother and younger sister, who occupied a small house on Alderaan. Like many others on the artisan world, the Silva family lived a life of relative comfort and peace, enjoying many social luxuries. Amanda was only two years old when the Republic fell under the tyranny of the new Emperor, so she remembers almost nothing about those events. Her schooling was very traditional, learning the basics of Galactic history, engineering, and many other aspects of education. Though she enjoyed her schooling, her true passion lied with gymnastics and dance. Amanda was by far the most talented in her athletic classes, many commenting that her moves were like a form of precognition that had never really been seen in other students. Of course, being of such a young and naive age, she thought little of it, and continued her childhood as normal. At fifteen, though still in school, Amanda assisted her family with their performances, playing the role of a back-up dancer, which bought her much by the way of stage experience, as her parents hoped one day she would join the family's trade. Of course, she still enjoyed gymnastics, her unique reflexes gaining her must prestige. Some speculated that it may be due to Force Sensitivity, but that was quickly shot down, many aware of the Emperor's treatment of potential Force Users. Just before Amanda's eighteenth birthday, the growing rumors of Alderaan's involvement in a traitorous plot against the Emperor forced the Silva family to flee the planet out of fear of the Emperor's wrath. They moved to Coruscant, where they had hoped to continue entertaining as a popular family group. This was not to be so. There was a vast amount of competition on Coruscant, and a small family group just want not appealing to the masses. Without work, the family quickly became poverty stricken, and, just after turning eighteen, Amanda was forced to get a high-paying job as a dancer at a dank, underground gentlemans' bar. Though the pay was exceptional, Amanda hated every second of it. Dancing, scantally dressed, just to exploit mens' lust for money, made her feel dirty, but it was the only real source on income for her family. She kept it up for many months, working almost every night. However, one night, while entertaining what was clearly an retired Old Republic Officers, he remarked on how her movements recalled his days of working alongside Jedi during the Clone Wars. He too bought up the idea of potential Force Sensitivity, and advised her to seek out old Jedi data, in secret, if she ever felt like changing her lifestyle. Before Amanda was able to truly ask the old man for more information, he was gone. Telling her family she was returning to Alderaan, hoping to find better work, Amanda left Coruscant for other worlds, secretly trying to uncover more about the extinct "Jedi". She used her earnings to pay for various public transports all over the galaxy. However, with little information to go on, her funds quickly ran out. Knowing, from her past, that agility was her strength (now positive was due to Force Sensitivity), she found herself sneaking into Imperial and Criminal strongholds, stealing whatever she could. Sometimes, she would only find small amounts of Thermal Detonators, while other times she may find trade routes of flight paths of transports. Either way, she takes whatever she can get, then trades it for credits, information or simply services. Though this takes up the majority of her time, all her work goes towards to aim of finding information about the Jedi. Personal Belongings: Assorted lock picks, a datapad and a minute amount of credits. Alignment: Neutral Occupation: Spy/Untrained Force User Skills: Agility and stealth Flaws: Complete lack of combat training/experience Roleplay Sample:Crouching down infront of a door-mounted control panel, Amanda quickly darted her head to look round behind her. She wanted to be absolutely certain that no one was going to sneak up on her. For all she knew, she may only have a few minutes before someone spotted her. Capture was not appealing to her, but nor was leaving empty handed. Spotting no one, she reached her right hand into the pack on the back of her belt, feeling around for a small, metal pin. There were numerous small items in there, so finding the correct one just by touch was no easy task. After a couple of seconds, she pulled out the pin, holding it between her thumb and fore-finger. Silently shuffling her body so that she was in a better position to breach the control panel, she raised the pin up to a thin slit running down the side of the device. Delicately, yet firmly, Amanda forced the pin into the slit, then jiggled it around, trying to pry the cover off. A short moment later, the silence was broken by a loud crash, the cover flying off and smashing to the ground. "s**t!"Amanda whispered to herself, flinging her head around once again, trying to spot or even hear anyone who might have been alerted by all the noise. It seemed like no had, but Amanda was still cautious. Slowly, she turned her attention back to the now bare panel. She raised the pin and gently started to prod various electrical connections within, hoping to find one to override the lock on the door. There was nothing. All the connections did not respond to the interference by the metal pin. It appeared this door was locked down tight. Conceeding defeat, Amanda slipped the pin back into her belt pack. With silent steps, she moved down the corridor to the next door, starting all over again. Hopefully she would have better luck with this panel. Otherwise, all the effort would have been for absolutely nothing. Accepted -EK

Gaia Name: N-KK2 Character Name: Artemis Solvan Gender: Female Age:23 Race: Human Character Description: Artemis sports her bright red hair much like a man. However, the spiked fashion in which it stands naturally gives her a more fierce look than most. Her stone-like eyes are narrowed at the corners and her eyebrows sit heavily on them which gives her an expression of scrutiny or suspicion. She stands at a short stature, around 5'2" and is of a small frame as well. She is quite athletic and is known to show off to the guys, especially if she knows she can prove a superiority. Relations: None at the moment, I'm open to siblings if anyone wants to be. Character History: Artemis has always been interested in operating star ships, even at a young age. She spent a few years in a private school to train, but had to leave out of financial purposes as well as allegiance conflicts. She refined her skills on her own for a while before joining the Rebels and has been with them since. Personal Belongings: She holds little sentiment to most things and goes through clothing and other things in little time. At the moment she had a faulty standard blaster pistol on her.

Roleplay Sample:Artemis was sitting on the ladder that led to the cockpit of one of the rebel X-wing ships. She had her helmet at her side, and a droid was working away at a minor repair of the ship. She was toying with her blaster, attempting to discover what caused it to be so faulty. She wasn't the greatest when it came to fixing things, though she knew how a ship worked inside and out. Beyond that she was virtually useless. Her eyebrows pushed together as she was trying to remove the outer casing of the weapon. Her stone-like eyes observing all the detail, serving for some obvious flaw in what she could see before it. As Artemis pulled at the outer casing the pistol blaster fired, scaring both her and the poor driod who she almost hit. She caught her breath and looked about her, hoping no one had seen that. She sighed, pushed her hand through her unruly hair and slid down the ladder. Maybe she would just ask for a new one? Or dump this one. What use did she have in such items anyway. Her skill was in flight, not marksmanship. Her step paused briefly as she felt a scream echo through her. A scream of agony. She knew it was not here though. It was just in her mind. She took a deep breath to overcome the unnerving sensation and fright, then continued on her way to a short briefing with the other pilots of the Rebel alliance.

Gaia Name: ChaosLord29 Character Name: Keiran Alcathari Gender: Male Age: 25 Race: Human Character Description: Keiran stands just under six foot with a slim and agile build, belying a natural grace and speed. His deep set, sea green eyes are accentuated by his sharp features and dark, wavy hair. He prefers gray or dark tones in his tunic, trousers and vest and wears a dark cloak and boots.
Relations: None living Character History: Keiran was born on Coruscant studied to be a historian and archaeologist under the tutelage of his father, specializing in the affairs of the Jedi. When his father invited him to join a dig out on the outer rim at D'xun, Keiran was more than happy to join him, but upon arriving, discovered the Imperials had taken over the dig site, the majority of the finds had been confiscated and his father had gone missing. Finding his father's journal amongst what personal belongings had not been confiscated however, Keiran was able to discover a second dig site his father had been investigating, the tomb of a fallen Sith Lord. Getting together as much of the artifacts as he could, he departed D'xun and sought refuge with the Rebel Alliance on Onderon. Since then, he has spent time with the Alliance, proving his worth in demonstrating a rather adept tactical and strategic mind, and serving as an adviser and aide to various Rebel officers, in addition to continuing his research in hopes that one day he might be free to pursue and publish his findings free of Imperial censor. Personal Belongings: What little the Rebel Alliance can provide him with, including some standard military gear. More significantly are the artifacts he recovered from the Sith Lord's tomb, including one or two he keeps secret from the Rebels. Along with various datapads and research materials belonging to the Sith, Keiran came into possession of the a priceless Sith Holocron, which he has kept secret from the Rebels, some alchemical equipment used by the Sith in their experiments and the Lord's own personal warsword.
Alignment: Rebellion Occupation: Tactician, Scholar Skills: Keiran has an excellent knowledge of the affairs of the Jedi and Sith, as well as a general history of the Republic itself, and since his time with the Rebellion has put his sharp mind to more tactical uses in organizing and executing various Republic missions. He has received basic combat training with the republic, and has spent a great deal of time studying the knowledge gleaned from his translations of the Sith Lord's works. Flaws: Has a certain amount of arrogance and isn't the best soldier, especially when it comes to following orders.
Roleplay Sample: Keiran made his way through the Scumpit with more than infrequent glances over his shoulder at seemingly everyone and anyone who gave him a second look. He was painfully aware of just how many people that was, as he made quite a sight moving through the spaceport with a bulky pack, bulging satchel and more cases and packages than his spindly frame seemed capable of supporting. More than a few wandering eyes regarded his bulky array of gear and parcels and clearly out of place garments, but Keiran had more wandering eyes to worry about than just the casual passerby.
He had to get off this planet and soon. It was only at great personal expense that he was able to leave the moon of D'xun with his and his father's belongings without any Imperial entanglements, and he was more than sure they were going to be fast on his heels. The sooner he left Nar Shadaa and got going anywhere, the better. A cold trail was as good as any trail left passing through Nar Shadaa, and as much as he resented the necessity of traveling in such conditions, the Scumpit would be the best place to get himself lost, and the best place to find unregistered transport aboard any ship he could now afford. Or at least, so he kept telling himself, right now, he just wanted to get off the street and out of plain sight, and the nearest cantina seemed as good a place as any, even if it was called The Scab. Gaia Name: K-Blade Character Name: Keylara Starbrighter Gender: Female Age: 19 Race: Human/Zeltron Character Description: KEYLARA stands 5’5” tall and has an athletic build. Her light pink hued skin she got from her father, her bright pink hair and eyes are from her mother’s side of the family. Relations: Both parents dead Character History: Born a few years before the fall of the Republic, her existence came from an illicit affair between her Zeltron Mother and Corellian Father Keylara’s parents had survived Order 66, but their good fortune was not to last. A year after the order the Empires Inquisitor’s had hunted the pair down and in the encounter Keylara’s father, shielding the small child was shoot and killed by Imperial stormtroopers while her mother captured by the inquisitor. Seeing her parents fall before her eyes Keylara lashed out the only way she could. She lashed out with the force, snapping the necks of the stormtroopers. Witnessing the raw power of the child the Inquisitor took the child with him, as a gift to Lord Palpatine. Her memories of that day were replaced with images of Rebel troops gunning her parents down. She was taking to the inner core planets and trained in the ways of the Force and learning many of the lightsaber combat forms. When she was old enough she attended the academy, becoming a lethal star pilot Personal Belongings: Lightsaber, everything else she needs she gets from the Empire. Flaws: believes that the Empire can do no wrong, naive, Role-play Sample: Keylara stood in the center of the dimly lit training room, Lightsaber in hand. Her eyes closed as she controlled her breathing and concentrated on centering herself. Surrounded by a six small steel ball barring all at varying heights and distances from each, it had taken Keylara two hours to balance the ball barring upon the half-dozen thirty centimeter long wax cylinders using the Force. With a snap-hiss, the glowing red blade sprang to life, lighting the dim room like an angry sun and casting harsh shadows on the featureless walls from the candle stands that encircled her. The shadows danced along the walls to the tune of the humming saber as Keylara swung her blade from wax cylinder to cylinder, the ball barring making a small hiss-pop as the blade instantly turned the steel to liquid, then vapor. Keylara closed down the weapon and reattached it to her belt as she inspected the wax cylinders for damage. Four of the six were still as they were at the beginning. Un-touched with out a trace of the ball barring ever being balanced upon them. The last two had not been so lucky; one of the balls had left its mark in the wax as it had melted from the heat of the baring as it had vaporized. The other was ever worse; half the wax cylinder was missing from when she had brought her saber down in a vertical swing on her last target. Removing the two damaged wax cylinders from their holders and replaced them with new ones Keylara started the whole thing over again as she waited for a new assignment.

Gaia Name: ElladanKenet Character Name: Ven Kazdan Gender: Male Age: 33 Race: Human Character Description: Ven Kazdan (Shadow Guard Armor)Ven Kazdan (Civilian Wear)Relations: None living. His entire family was killed during a Separtist attack on his homeworld. Character History: Kazdan was one of the few Force Sensitives never identified by the Jedi Order. Partly due to the fact that his family set up shop in the far corner of the galaxy, and partly because they did not want that life for him, Kazdan was never identified. Growing up in a small city on a planet not far from Dantooine, Ven was a bit of a bully growing up. His frustration and mood swings gave rise to his Force sensitivity, and it wasn't long before he had developed a reputation as a bit of a thug. However, midway into the Clone Wars, Ven was finally found out, discovered almost by accident when Count Dooku sensed his prowess and potential. Knowing he could be a power dark jedi, Ven was convinced to accompany Dooku, where he trained as the Count's apprentice for a few weeks, hidden from all. To erase any records of Ven's existance, Dooku had the boy's planet incinerated. Under Dooku's care, Ven grew to adulthood, learning the arts of saber combat and the force. By the closing days of the war, Ven had become an accomplished pilot and soldier, and armed with the force and a red fencing lightsaber, had become Dooku's successor in waiting. All of this would come to a grinding halt with the Battle of Coruscant. Using unknown sources, Palpatine had discovered Dooku's betrayal, and had made up his mind to have the old Count killed during the battle. Palpatine's plans for Ven, however, went deeper. Knowing that Dooku's Dark Side Elite were dwindling to extinction, the last of which being killed by Jedi in the Outer Rim, Palpatine would need more Dark Jedi in his service. Hence, Palpatine personally went to meet the young boy, whom had been hiding at Serreco. Paran had been ready to kill Palpatine almost as soon as the Emperor set foot on the planet. Clearly the boy was more than capable; perhaps even more powerful then Darth Vader, who had recently undergone reconstructive surgery. Taking Ven into his confidence, Palpatine convinced the young Dark Jedi to become the first of his Dark Side Adepts. For his training, Ven was sent to Yincchor, where he spent several years training as a Royal Guard, followed by a few more years of study at the Emperor's Palace. At the age of 25, Palpatine gave him his final test; to hunt down a Jedi called Tremen Cole, and assasinate him. Given command of the Emperor's personal flagship, Ven obeyed and chased the Jedi down to Nar Shadaa, where he cornered Tremen and killed him in a lightsaber duel. Thereafter, Ven became the head of Palpatine's Shadow Guard, the most elite of his forces. Soon thereafter, Darth Vader learned of his presence, and Ven, not the least bit intimidated, held his ground to the Dark Lord. The encounter had a profound effect on their relationship, as Ven became the first of Palpatine's servants to earn his respect, however grudgingly. Today, Ven is still Palpatine's number one guard and assasin, and is responsible for hunting down insurgents. Because of his position as Palpatine's premier Dark Jedi and Shadow Guard, Ven outranks all other dark jedi, including Blackhole, Desaan, and Jerec. Personal Belongings: Everything he owns, from the clothes he wears to his Shadow Guard Armor and Lightsaber Pike, belongs to the Empire.
