Well, when you go to the skintyte shop it says you can buy a tattoo with ink from bugs... Where are said bugs and how the heck do i get ink from them...

You get bugs from Daily Chance and Towns.
I think you need about fifty bugs of the same color to make ink. You also get inks from Daily Chance.

yea go around town and collect bugs and then there is also daily chance and I also think you need 50 bugs (of the same color) to make 1 ink bottle oh and to get ink fromt the bugs go to Moira at Durem Depot
