Zydrate comes in a little glass vial
And the little glass vial goes into the gun like a battery...

I really love the stage version of "21st Century Cure". I like Come up and Try my New Parts too because it sounds hot.

...And the Zydrate gun goes somewhere against your anatomy
And when the gun goes off it SPARKS and you're ready for surgery.

If I have to narrow it down to one, I'll get back to you. But I think the top three stage songs from Repo! (not including Necromerchant's Debt) are But This Is Opera, Chase the Morning, and Let The Monster Rise. The version of Chase the Morning in the show was different enough to be an entirely different song, so I love it and But This Is Opera for that reason. And I like the stage version of Let The Monster Rise for the actor's voice.

Come Up And Try My New Parts is obviously awesome, too. But if I don't narrow my choices down some then I'll just have to throw my hands up and say "All of them." XD
