It's asuma sarutobi, and Kakashi would win, because no matter what, he had the Sharingan, and Asuma has nothing special.

hmmm... tough call...:
kakashi's got the whole sharingan and anbu training at hand, and asuma just has a few strong jutsu. and remember who taught sasuke the chidori for the final round of the chunin exams?!
if i HAD to vote..., id pick Kakashi!
