Anyone interested in the Crew position please use the format that I've created for you. If you are a new member you may still apply, but we ask that you please continue to anwer questions, post and interact with other users for 1 month before we accept you. We also want to stress that this guild requires it's crew to be active. We need crew to post in the crew forum under the sign in sheet and let us know what's going on at least every two weeks. What qualifies you to be crew for this guild?: I am a responsible adult who has taken psychology, child development and early child hood education, and I have cousins and friends who are teenagers who are going or have gone though problems.
Are you commited to keeping this guild open to all users?: Yes.
What areas of the guild do you think you are best suited for?: All of them. But to narrow it down I would say Sex and relationships, Spirituality and Religion, and Body and self Image.

What qualifies you to be crew for this guild?: Currently in college with psychology as my major. For a long time I've taken an interest in this sort of field and have many hopes of becoming a psychologist. I have a tendency to "walk a mile in someone else's shoes" Which I feel allows me to further help them due to a familiarization.

Despite my newness, I would like to put my name down for this, so when my month is up and if I am found worthy, I can put some of my ideas forward and then put them in action.
As it's a bit useless saying "oh, you should do this" and then expecting someone else to do it for you. =P
SO.

How active are you?: Fairly, I have phases where I get sick of Gaia, but apart from that I'm on like all the time.
What qualifies you to be crew for this guild?: I've been crew and captain of a few guilds of varying subject matter. Normally I end up doing a sort of staff officer role, keeping things tidy, that sort of thing, so I have plenty of experience when it comes to that.
Apart from that, I would hope that I have some knowledge in regards to supporting someone as a stranger and as a peer from both real life and in Gaia, again for a variety of subject matters.
Also, I have a great deal of energy and enthusiasm about this idea. Which I think is perhaps the most important thing. =P I think this is a great idea and I feel I can make a greater contribution as a crew member and help bring the guild into a new decade. xD
Are you commited to keeping this guild open to all users?: Absolutely. Advice should be free and open to everyone. We all need help from time to time, for whatever reason. It's the right thing to do! =0
What areas of the guild do you think you are best suited for?: Body and Self-Image and School I suppose. But I'd be quite happy floating between wherever I am needed and doing admin.
