I lack cash and I need the Barton Regular armor thingy to finish my dwarf avatar. I'm about 40k away, seeing as how it's 50k and all. Donations would be appreciated. :3

Gimli is a bear. It is my philosophy, after reading Pratchett's books, that Dwarfs are the Jews of the fantasy world.
Thanks for the donation!

Queen Tomo I meant this guy. He's not a bear. My friend and I were playing the LotR: RotK game and Gimli looked like a Teddy Bear.

I've always thought that too!!! Especially in the book "Thud!" And the trolls are Muslim.
(To those who have never read Pratchett's Discworld series, that will sound racist, but it's not. The trolls seem stupid at first, but underneath they have amazing abilities, like mathamatics.)
But, obviously, no one can beat the camels at Maths.

Thud definitely gave the Dwarfs a Muslim feel but their leaders are much more like Rabbis. All the other books have the Dwarfs being much more Jewish. In the book, "The Art of Discworld" Pratchett says this...
"There's a school of thought that says the Discworld dwarfs are Jewish, although the Jewish fans who have said so seem quite content with this (the dwarfs are hard-working, you see, and law-abiding, argumentative; they pay great heed to written tradition-while arguing about it-and feel mildly guilty about working in cities a long way from the mountains and mines, and respect the ultra-traditionalists back home even though they seem unable to move with the times...) Each to their own; I was just trying to come up with dwarfs that fitted the modern tradition but worked."
Thanks for the gold, Behatz. wink

I am a lover of inks, so if anyone could gimmie theirs that would be G-R-E-A-T! I am not short of money, but they always overcharge in the markets and I don't want to pay 20k for 50 pink inks.

Behatz, you're a fashion master...
I'm in love with tacky rings--rings are my thing. Am I doing wrong by wearing a full finger ring shaped like a scorpion? People online keep saying they're tacky but I have fun wearing it.
