THE LOONIE BIN AVI CONTESTS
This is the Loonie Bin avi contests. Thats right not just one, there will be a new contest when I feel like making one. (That means lots).
There will be entry fees and I will try to keep them small unless its for special occasions. (Halloween costumes, holidays, etc ... ) There will also be themes and such.

exclaim Once I add your avi, I will not change it unless you enter a different contest.
Donations will be appreciated and added to the prize money.
1st place is 50% of total
2nd place is 25% of total
3rd place is 15% of total
10% of total will be kept for other BIG contests
The first 3 posts will be changed when things are sorted out or changed.
I will use a poll to judge for the winners or have a pannel of judges to rate avis for winners.
