Rosalind gave a little smile, watching the way her breath appeared in the front of her in the form of a white cloud. It was a cold day out today but she didn't mind to much. After all she couldn't help but enjoy any day that she had time to herself. Hers was a job that could be a bit busy, rarely getting a moment to alone, always entertaining others. She lifted her head to look up at the cloudy sky, the cloud darkly colored and heavy threatening to dump more snow upon the town she was currently visiting.
She'd come to Barton from up north in Isle De Gambino where the hostess bar she worked at was located. She was wanting to go to Barton Jewelers as well as visit the local flower show to see what she could find there.
After a moment more of cloud watching the pale colored woman started forward from where she'd been standing, down the road that would lead her first to where the jewelry shop was located. Maybe there would still be some New Year's Sales going on she thought to herself in a hopeful manner, not that she was really in need of money but was still one who loved hitting a good sale.

Tearing down the road, heading in the opposite direction as Rosalind came a strange young woman. On the sides of her head were two large wing-antler things? One couldn't quite say what they were except odd, thoguh the rest of her was too. With thin, pointy toed little feet she pedaled what looked like a bicycle with a large contraption attached to the back that allowed it to fly.
The pale skinned female, her large orange eyes fixated on the woman immediately ground to a halt in front of the other woman, her front tire immediately digging a bit into the ground as the rest went up for a second then came back down.
"Hey! Heyheyhey! Miss Lady? Can you help me for a sec?" the other asked, gesturing about wildly. Pangea had somehow managed, after popping through Archie's brain, to figure out there was to be a landing nearby and had rushed over to make sure it went okay and the newly arrived criminal had a home. As it was, Rosalind had just been drafted.

Rosalind tilted her head to the side, lifting a hand to her mouth of hide a soft chuckle. What an excitable young woman she thought to herself before giving a little nod. Shopping could wait for the moment she thought to herself, finding it hard to refuse anyone in need due to her kind nature, "Of course, how may I be of assistance to you Young Lady?"
The unicorn woman's tail swished and her ears twitched, as she awaited instruction. She wondered if by chance this young lady was lost?

"See, there's this special thing gonna be fallin from the sky here reaaaaaaaally soon and it's gonna have a baby in it. I'm supposed to make sure the baby's okay and has a home. You're the only one around so could you like take the kid when it arrives? Either keep it for yourself or find a home for it." the woman explained in quick terms.

Rosalind gave a gasping sound, eyes going quite wide which was unusual for her. She lifted her gaze up toward cloudy sky, "Fall...?" She gasped, her tone showing a little bit of panic. A baby was going to fall from the sky? That sounded very, very bad, "Won't the baby get hurt?!"
They needed to do something, make sure the little one was alright, "Should we call for an ambulance?"

"Oh nono. The baby'll be fine, they come in spacepods. They're like ex-interplanetary criminals stuck in baby form as a punishment and to try and reform them. The pod's made to get them safely here." Pangea explained, watching the sky. She didn't exactly have Archie's radar so she wasn't totally sure just HOW soon it'd show up but she did have a feeling it'd be soon. "Usedta be one myself but I reformed."

Rosalind lifted a hand to her chest, letting out a sigh, "Good, good." She murmured when she heard that the baby would be alright... then seemed to realize what else she'd just heard. Wait... space pods bringing in criminals that were stuck in baby form? She looked over at the other woman a little confused upon all of the information... but pushed that aside for now. It wasn't as important as making sure the child was alright.
She turned her gaze up to the sky again, "Do we have idea where its going to fall?"

"Eeeeeeeh, around here ish. I had to dig around in a friend's brain for the coordinates and they weren't exact. I'll prolly be able to guess when I start to see-THERE! Right on time!" Pangea whooped, pointing up to where a large silver pod seemed to be suddenly becoming more visible.

The unicorn woman had a lot of questions that she wanted to ask of her current companion. She was saying all sorts of strange things, space criminals, pods, digging in friends brains...
Rosalind followed in the direction that the woman was pointing, to the silver pod in the sky... the one that was quickly falling toward the ground. She took a step in the direction of where it was going to land. While she had been assured that the baby inside of it was going to be alright she couldn't help but worry... that pod was falling so fast! Her heart was thudding painfully against her chest, this was definitely excitement that she wasn't used too.

Whilst still high in the air, the parachute on the pod opened and slowed the speed of the fall tremendously. When it landed, in a very futuristic fashion the strange thing started to open of it's own accord.
Well, being the responsible representative of the Gaian end of ICRs present (sorta) that she was, Pangea immediately rushed over to investigate the contents, intending to bring the baby over to the woman so she didn't have to deal with the slightly heated pod.
Inside was what had to be an adorable amalgamation of a baby. "Awwwww! Ain't you a cutie!" Pangea cooed, scooping up the little one in one arm and taking the papers on him in the other before proceeding back to the woman.

Rosalind gave a sighing sound of relief as she watched the parachute help to slow the fall of the pod thus making it a safer decent for the one inside. She paused as she watched the young lady rush forward to the pod to get save the little one from it.... then couldn't help but stare at the strange little thing. That was... a baby? It looked more like a baby animal from a mythology book. Then again she supposed she looked about the same.
The little boy was gazing up at Pangea with huge yellow eyes, ears turning forward, and he grasped at her with his many hands. As he looked over the one he was holding into, inspecting her strange looks the baby's tail was looking around as well seeming to have a conscientiousness of its own.
The boy gave a sharp toothed grin and gave a sound in his throat similar to a purr.

Pangea cooed happily, bouncing the small reborn criminal in her arms a little as she brought him over to his guardian to be. "Such a sweet little thing, innie? I'll have to look through these papers to see what the crime was but so sweeeeet <3"

Rosalind nodded, reaching a hand out toward the little one in a curious manner. When her hand got within range the little one lifted his two right hands to reach out to catch hold of the unicorn woman's pale hand. He had interesting hands, some were scaly like a reptile while the other arm had fins on it like a fish.
"He is an interesting looking little baby isn't he." She murmured, leaning in closer, "Hello little one."
Two sets of eyes turned to look at her and gave a giggling sound finding Rosalind to be so fascinating to look at as well. Both these ladies were so pretty! Look at the ears! The eyes! The fluff! The boy's tail started to move in a slithering very of of a wag.

Pangea carefully held out the little one to Rosalind, allowing her to take the child before turning her attention to the papers in her hands. They included a photo of the criminal with caused her to blink. "Hm. How very strange. Looks like he used to be a she."

Rosalind took the little one, snuggling him close so cute! What a sweet little thing, so friendly and it sounded like he was purring! Both of them gave pause in getting to know one another at Pangea's words. Used to be a she?
Both of them seemed to be starring before Hector lifted to hands to pat them against his own chest as though he were just realizing that something was missing... he'd been to caught up in the fun of greeting the new, interesting women... then as he was patting his chest he gave a blink.
His boobs were gone... he felt a moment of sadness at the loss of that then turned to look over at his tail and the pair seemed to be starring at each other, blinking. It seemed that they were just really realizing the other... both then seemed to smile, showing their sharp teeth.
