(Early in the morning, beginning of the week)
Khuul walked through the streets, his fairy form drawing curious looks. His swords jingled together as the tips of the hilts tapped one another with each step. He smiled back at them with his lycan fangs scaring a few away.
For once the weather was good in Riverrun. The early morning rain leaving the dark marble blocks of the walls shining in the sun. He peers at the sky tempted to fly in the brisk cool winds, but he was new here. A tourist even.
Khuul couldn't help but admire the city. The rebirth of it was flawless. building for building. The only difference was that it was all shinier. "Different stone." He mused as he walked through the narrow lanes his wings fluttering in the wind showering the ground with silver dust.

A young demoness with silver and golden hair was walking down the street with a basket in her hands. In the basket she carried healing herbs. She was one of the healers of the city of Riverrun. She smiled at every one that she passed.
Today a beautiful day to get some more herbs near the forest. The herbs would be all beautiful and plenty from all the rain that they had. Asura came across an injured old man. She kneeled next to him and started to heal him with her powers. The old man was so happy that he gave a necklace with a golden chain that supported a ruby. She smiled at him and thanked him for his gift.
She was on her way again when she didn't pay attention and walked into some one that was looking at the buildings. She got herself and collected her herbs that had fallen out of her basket and she said, "I'm sorry, I didn't see you."

The unexpected impact made him crumple showering them both in fairy dust. "It's okay." He smiled down at her setting his fangs back to the pure white ones he was born with.
"I'm not used to people walking into me." Khuul bent down and picked a few herbs around himself up putting them into her basket. "Though that's because I do the walking into." He fluttered his wings twice sprinkling the path in dust again. The sun glittered as the dust floated around filling a few people with some measure of cheer.
Khuul ignore the few cat calls that seemed to appear around him whenever he went to a public place. He merely glared at them, couldn't a male fairy go anywhere without random girls trying to steal him away. "Somethings never change." He muttered to himself.

Asura looked at all the other girls and glared at them. She help Khuul and said, "I know some where you can go." Every one just stopped staring and talking as they looked at Asura.
Asura motion for Khuul to followed her and she lead him to her house that was close by. She walked to the front door and opened it. Inside was a good lit room where you could see a lot of her herbs hanging from the ceiling

Khuul walked beside her still looking at the city as he fluttered. "Okay." Not bothering asking where exactly she was leading him.
When they stopped he took in her home with mild curiosity. It like al the others was white marble and other stone. surrounded in vines. The place was large taking up two houses. Khuul gave a slightly canine whistle as he entered.
"This is nice."He twirled around on the spot once taking in all the things. A dried out group of hanging flowers got in his way causing him to yelp quietly as it hit him in the eyes. "Though that's a bit of a health and safety risk." He stood there in the centre of the hall rubbing his eyes.

Asura looked at him with a smile, "I needed a place to hang my flowers and herb to let them dry, I was going to the remove them." Asura said removing the dried flower and the herbs. "Make yourself confortable, I'm going to get some tea to drink."
Asura headed to the kitchen and turned on the kettle as she was stirring the stew that was still brewing on the stove. She washed two cups and took out some cookies that they could eat while drinking their tea.

"Okay...." He unstrapped his swords putting them behind the door. "You know you didn't have to invite me to your home. Most girls who do usually want something from me. Or are you one of those rare nice people?" The nice part he bent his fingers to as though quoting. The fairy promptly closed the door.
Khuul then walked across the house into the kitchen. He took care not to knock over things as he went, wings being so difficult to live with sometimes. Khuul used his fairy shape shifting ability to stop the dust leaving his wings. "You know you didn't have to do all this just to talk in a quiet place..."

Asura looked at him, "I didn't like the way the other girls looked at you and then having them stare at me. I just wanted to help you. I don't want anything in return then friendship."
Asura returned to her hot water boiling and her stew and prepared the cups for the hot water. She took out cookies that she had bought today. She got them placed in a plate and move to put them on the table.

Khuul gave a small smile. "Well that's all right then. You know what some people are like." He sniffed the stew curiously. "You should add some sage, will improve it a bit more."
With that he fluttered his wing and flew to the other side of the table. He still wasn't sure who this person was or why they were oddly kind. "I'm Khuul Amaya. Just so you know my name." Khuul pulled out a chair and sat down. They did seem like very good cookies, though he added little something to them. With a flicker of a finger they warmed up slightly as though they'd just been baked.

Asura added some sage to her stew. She went back to the table with two cups with tea. She placed one infront of Khuul and she took the other one. She took a cookie and smiled, "Thank you for heating it up for me."
Asura ate her cookie quietly as she looked at her tea leaves in her cup and shook her head. 'it won't happen ' she said to herself.

He nodded politly when she noticed he'd somehow heated them up. Khuul drank his tea quickly once it had cooled enough eating a cookie as he waited. "Not a problem."
He glanced down at his empty mug. "I much prefer rune reading at least that I could do." Rather offhandedly not hearing her mutter only the look at her mug, his wings fluttered as a draft caught them.
Khuul smiled a little as the sage started to make the stew smell nice. He'd read up on his cooking.

Asura looked up at Khuul, "Well, thank you for the help. You were right about the stew. Where did you learned about the sage herb."
Asura had removed all the cups from the table and brought them to the sink and she slowly started to wash her dishes.
She was tired of having a bad fortune and she wanted to change her future and was going to do anything that she could to change her past and future.

Khuul beamed at her appreciation. "I own the outpost in the forest. It has a small library. Open to anyone who stays in any of the rooms." A library that had shown him a lot of things and added to during his journeys.
"So what shall we talk about? You still never said your name." Khuul didn't seem to have anything else to do that day. Talk was the only thing he hadn't done yet.

"I'm Asura, I'm a priestess and a hunter sent by the gods to protect the people of this city." Asura said looking out the window as she poured some of the stew in bowls.
She quietly looked at the sun outside thinking about her past and what was her next mission in the city of Riverrun.

"Asura...Good name." He followed her into the kitchen. "Interesting job title, though I could show you a thing or two about hunting." He smiled with his pointed teeth.
Khuul looked at the bowls. Filled in the gravy, smelling wonderful. "Though I have to decline the offer of food. After all you've done enough for me anyway." Sadly his stomach spoke shortly after him, growling almost as loudly as he could with his own mouth.
