Loki: *sitting in some shadows, looking aorund to make sure his mother hasn't noticed his dasappearence*

Mori walked along under the thick trees then triped over something. "Bloody he--!" She looked at what had tripped her. "Ahh...slave, what are you doing here?"

Loki winced as he felt somethign trip over him, and he looked at the one who did it. It was this girl he had met once. "Hello"

Mori got comfterable on the ground where she had fallen next to him. "yeah...sorry bout that, I dont have the best eye sight and I guess I wasnt listening very well." Her laugh rang out of her throut as almost a cackle. "You all alone out here?"

Loki glanced around before nodding. It didn't appear that his mother had noticed him leaving. He looked at her with his wide eyes, seeing her perfectly in the shadows.

"Hmmm, not much of a talker today I guess. Well, dont you like company? Not that I blame you if you didnt. so annoying sometimes."

Loki cocked his head to the side. "What's 'company'?" he hadn't had really any outside communication with anyone, so he didn't grasp the concept of someone talking with you except for a small exchange of words

Mori's eye brow raised. "uhh, company. When you talk and spend time with other namir.... you know." She pretended to look at the far off trees, even though she couldnt see them well. "Well, maybe you dont. I dont really know anything about you."

Loki gasped, he had never heard of that. "So are you company right now?" His tail wagged happily at the thought of learnign something new today.

Mori chuckled. "Well, yes, I guess I am. Haha, kid, you need to get out more often. I'd let you meet Kealani, but shes at the house."

Loki smiled at Mori. "But I am out. Mother just doesn't let me talk with people."

She poked his head lightly "Its a figure of speach. Maning to get out and around others. instead of just sitting by your lonesome. Out of your head, you know?"

"Oooh! But my mom doesn't let me do that. I'm luck I'm out now... She would scold me if she found out, and I don't like being scolded."

mori raised her eye brow again. "Why doesnt she let you talk to others? or let you out?"

Loki shrugged. "She said that my daddy doesn't deserve to know of my excistance."

Loki sat around at the edge of the forest shadows, blindly looking ahead at the white in front of him.

A slight laugh was herd above Loki as Mori sat on a tree branch above him. She had kept quiet since he had sat under her, but it was too much now. She just had to giggle. It seemed almost perfect how they always seemed to find each other.

Loki turned his head up as he heard someone behind and above him. She was so close to the light that she seemed hazy, but he could make out the outline of a friend. He smiled and waved up at her.

Mori droped herself out of the tree and over Loki so that her body was over but not touching his. "Always alone, eh? You know, its not good to be alone all the time." She paused. "THough this place could use some more interesting characters."

Loki watched her as she came down and shrugs. "Mother says I'm better off alone."

Mori smiled slightly evily "Oh? And what does your mother know. It sounds to me like she just wants you to be miserable." Mori humphed and sat down, accidenltly siting on his tail. "I'm starting to think I should give your dear mummy a talking to."

Loki looked at Mori. "No, she means well... She knows whats best for me." He quietly yelped to himself as she sat on his tail, and squirmed a little. "Don't do that..."

Mori lifted her butt a little when he yelped "Oh, sor----" She smiled. "What, you dont want me to touch you?" She started to tickle his ribbs. "Or you just dont want me on top of you?" She sighed and floped ontop of him.

Loki blinked. "What? It's not thaa-" he bit his lip as he tried to hold in a laugh before he couldn't. His eyes went wide as she flopped on him and he wiggled from under her.

She nuzzled Loki like a little plush. "Oh come on, you know you miss the snuggling." She nuzzled her cheek on his and could feel him geting nervous. Its not that she loved making others feel uncomfterable. She just found it slightly...amusing.

Loki still squirmed under her as she nuzzled against him. He was blushing lightly and looking around. "My mom will yell at me if she catched you on top of me." He blinked. "Actually she would yell at me if I was just tlaking to you."

Mori went silent for a little, she no longer nuzzled him, but she didnt let go. "...youd rather make your mummy happy and yourself miserable then hang out with me?" She sat up then and let him go "...Or do I make you miserable?" she asked in a semi-whisper.

Loki was quiet, as he was taught to be, and looked up at Lori. He could tell that he had hurt her feelings, and he felt bad about that. "I never said that... I just don't enjoy being scolded by mother..."

Mori shrugged. "Im sure its nice to have a family that loves you. I lost mine when I was young." She jumped back up to the tree and watched him from there. "So, i forgot, whats ur parents names?"

Loki shrugged. "I guess..." He watched her jump, and glanced down once before looking at her again. "My mom is Maera. I don't know my dad, she won't let me see him. And my sister is Ember, she won't let me see her either."

Loki is sleeping.

Mori winced as she slept. Waking up to realize she had been sleeping on the wrist she had sprained. She noticed they had layed her and Loki in the same bed and she blushed deeply.

Loki yelped lightly in his sleep as he moved the wrong way, putting some unneeded pressure on one of his bruised ribs.

Mori gasped and sat up, laying her paw softly on his head to try and calm him.

Loki squeezed his eyes as he felt something on his head. He stopped moving for a moment before slowly blinking open his eyes.

Mori caughed a little embaresed. "I...i was just wondering how to make your pain worse." She looked a different dirrection as her ears flopped down. "H.....How are you feeling?"

Loki looked at Mori, still in a slight daze from having just woke up. "Is that so?" He questioned before wincing as he sat up. He laughed as best he could despite the pain. "I've been worse... What about you?"

Mori stared at her wrist, slightly glaring "Unfortunently, I dont think I'll be able to teach you to swim for a while." She looked at him, eyes showing worry. "You shouldnt sit up, your ribs are very sensitive." She layed back down, hoping t wuld convince him to do the same.

Loki pouted and sighed sadly. "I was looking forward to that" he placed his head on his paws, ignoring the irritating pain.

Mori gave a little snort. "No you wernt. I barely was able to talk you into wetting your weist"

Loki looked up at mori and smirked. "So? Maybe I was waiting for a different time is all."

Mori gave a mocking smirk "Oh, is that so? Well, then I guess I'll just have to get better quickly so I can teach you. Besides, water arobics is supposed to be good for the injured. You know, feeling weightless and everything. I hear its good for birthing as well....." blushing slightly again.

Loki felt himself slightly shrink down in the conversation, not really all that exited about learned to swim. His ear flicked as he heard the birthing part, and blushed lightly. "Is that so?"

Mori nodded a little "Yeah, less stress on the kits. You know, since in the womb they are around fluids. And it would be great in that cave we found... seeing as its dark and they arnt bombarded by bright sunlight just out of the womb." She paused and turned to her back, puting her undamaged paw behind her head "Now I just need someone to impregnate me."

Loki listened and learned. He blinked upon hearing the last part, and moved his head to look down as he blushed brightly. He glanced back up at her. "I... guess you do then."

Mori shruged "I'm in no hurry. Never really liked kits anyways." She looked at Loki "Though I hear they say one needs to have kits to truely love kits. I dunno."

Loki shrugged to himself. "Who knows? My mother had kits, and she still doesn't like them." He paused and thought. "Well, if she liked us then she certainly had her own special way of showing it..."

Mori frowned a little "Oh...yeah..forgot about that." her voice drifted off. "Well, I guess I can finally see why someone would want to put up with the lil buggers." She looked at him "You know, good friends and stable relationships help I guess."

Loki looked up at her curiously. "Really? That's a good thing, I guess. Glad I could be of help, at least I think I was of help." He smiled slightly, trying to cheer himself out of the funky mood talk of families tended to put him in.

Mori nodded "Yeah, I used to be really cinycle before I met you...." She smiled and pinched his shoulder gently with her good paw "Now I'm just slightly cynicle. And I'm sure you'e gunna make a good family. Just because your mother treated you like that, doesnt mean you have to...right?"

Adie jumped onto the bed at just that moment "My friends! You need rescuing!!" She giggled happily.

Loki smiled up at Mori. "Yeah, I guess you're right. I don't have to be like that." His ear twitched as he felt someone else on the bed, and he turned to look at Adie. "Hello... Rescuing?"

Mori rolled her eyes at the little kit. "We dont need rescuing, just a little help."

Adie smiled widely "rescue!" She leaned against Loki and she started to glimmer a little. Healing his ribs. then nuzzled Moris wrist and repeated. "I cant heal you completly" She tried to put on a face a serious adult doctor would "But you are almost heald. You'll just be soar for the rest of the day. But cause you didnt break anything. I was able to rescue you!" She jumped off the bed and blew a kiss at both before leaving the room.

Mori blinked after she left ".....shes a little hyper..."

Loki blinked as she started shining and he felt himself grow less painful. He watched in awe as she did the same to Mori. He laughed lightly as the little kit left the room. He then looked back at Mori. "Hyper or not, I really do feel better."

Mori smiled a little "Yeah, tha little bugger does come in handy time to time." She rotated her wrist and only winced a littlle when a slight twinge was felt from the soreness Adie had menchend. "Though I dont know if I can teach you cannon balls just yet."

Loki looked at Mori rotate her wrist easily, before sitting up again, surprised by how little it hurt compared to the first time. He cocked his head to the side. "What's a cannon ball?"

Mori thought for a second. "Well, at first you need a deep end of water. At least 8 feet deep. Then you jump off the edge and hug your knees to your chest, wraping your arms around your legs. It creates a huuuuuuuuuuuge splash. Its why they invented it." She gave a little snort.

Loki nodded. "Sounds fun?"

Mori sat with Kealani, leaning on her back "Coooooome oooooon. Lemme see!"

Kealani fluttered her wings as she held something to her chest "Nuuu, you dun need to."

Mori humphed "But I WANTS to." And sulked next to her.

Loki walked through the forest, looking around uneasily.

Mori stood up and swished her tail annoyed. "Fine, you're boring me, I'm gunna go find Loki."

Kealani chuckled slightly. "As you wish. Have fun Mori 8D."

"Yeah yeah yeah. Alway sdo with the bugger." and walked to find him.

Loki's ear twitched and he turned around as he heard someone coming near him. He quickly hid something with his tail before waving at them. "Oh, hi Mori." ^^;

Mori blinked at Loki. "Well, that was quick." He noticed he was hiding something and sighed. She was tired of trying to see what others were hiding. "Whats up?"

Loki cocked his head. "What's wrong?" His tail budged as what he was hiding tried to wiggle away, and he shushed it. It stayed still afterwards. He forced on a fake smile. "Nothing exciting here... You?"

Mori shook her head and a blank stare came over her face as she looked at his tail. "Just boring same ol' same ol'. Kealani was being mean and wouldnt show me what she had in her hands." and pouted slightly.

Loki's smile twitched slightly as he traced her stare to his tail. "Is that so? That's not a very nice thing, is it?" He knew he was being hypocritical, but his main focus was getting her to ignroe his tail, wich had moved slightly again.

Mori got an evil grin on her face. "Entertain me." And pounced him. His back landing on the ground as her paws pinned his shoulders to the ground. If she wanted, she could have looked back and saw what he was hiding, but she was more interested in him.

Loki blinked as he was pinned to the ground, and looked up, speechless. His gaze drifted to where he had been moments earlier, and he looked at the small, yellow egg.

Mori liked his nose "comeon, I'm bored. Entertain meeeeee!!!"

Loki smiled hesitantly as he pulling his gaze back to her. "What do you want me to do?"

Mori thought for a moment, her tail swishing over his belly a little. "Well....if I knew what would entertain me, souldnt I have done it by now?" And tilted her head to look down at him. Her paws still pinning his arms down.

Loki thought about it before shrugging. "I guess?" His fake smile instantly dropped as he saw something a slight orange in color rolling up to him.

Mori twitched a little as she saw the orange. "whats that?" she bent down, her body pressing up against loki's fully as she sniffed it. A slow quiet growl starting in the deep of her throat.

Loki looked away from the object that had just rolled up, and away from Mori. "W-What are you talking about?" He asked as the object lightly bumped into her nose.

Mori wiggled her nose a little and sneezed after the egg bumped her. "chuckling a little as she wipped her sneeze off the egg. "What do you mean what do I mean? This thing thats bumping into your shoulder. Whered it come from?"

Loki looked over at the egg, and shrugged. "That thing? I've never seen it before now, how would I know?" His eye twitched as it leaned on him and vibrated lightly.

Mori's eyebrow went up "It seems pretty familure with you...." She sighed and got off. leaning twords the egg. "So little pest, are you friends with Loki?" A little upset that Loki would lie to her after all this time.

Loki sighed as the egg poked into him. "Sorry..." He said, feeling ashamed, and he looked away form her. "Didn't know how to tell you..."

She scoffed. "What? That you impragnated another woman? .....Its not really any of my business. I'm sure you're a good impregnater....." Though she frowned slightly at the thought of him having kits with another woman. She stuck out her paw and padded at the egg curiously.

Loki blushed brightly. "No I did not!" He sighed and reached out to pat the egg, and it vibrated lightly at his stroke. "She's my sister... My half-sister anyways..."

Mori lifted her eye-brow even more. "No wonder its so cute then. Seeing as shes related to you. .....Then again, so would your daughter I guess." she poked it again "Whats its name?"

Loki contined to stroke the egg. "My.... mother... said she is to be called Eir"

Mori absentmindedly played with the fluff of the eeg as she looked at Loki. "Oh....your mother." Mori admited to herself she was never fond of the female Loki called his mother. And if she ever met her, she'd give her a talking to. "Well, I'm sure it cant be too hard taking care of an egg. Eir is kind of a funny name... does it mean anything O3o?"

Loki nodded. "Well... I don't know, I've never done it before." He nodded again at the name part. "It means... Mercy."

Mori looked at the little egg. "Hmmm, Mercy, eh? I wonder what sort of kit she'll be with a name like that. Hopefully not too troublsom seeing as how I have never reared a child either and I dont plan to leave you because of it." She took a deep breath "Well, you give me no choice but to help you, seeing as I'm always around you anyways." She gave a tiny smile "I doubt I'll be able to ignore the little thing." and picked it up into her arms.

Loki looked up at Maera, and a small smile formed on his face. "Really? Thank you. Thank you so much. You don't know how much this means to me. I swear, I'm going to give this kit a childhood that won't make her cringe when she thinks about it."

Mori smiled smally, though warmly. "I'm sure we can do a lot better then your mother did. I've always kinda secretly try this. Though most kits annoy me >3>;;." She tickled the little eggs shell "What are we going to do when it hatches?"

Loki laughed. "Well, I hope she doesn't annoy you then." He reached up to give her a small stroke as he thought. "I don't know. We could always take care of her, and if she has any questions on where she came form just tell her the truth? The earlier she knows, the better she would be off."

Mori nodded "True. But theres no way I'm letting your mom see this little kit intell her personality is fully developed. .....I dont want her to be sad like you were." She looked at him worridly, hoping he doesnt think she was puting his personality down.

Loki shrugged, but agreed with what Mori was saying. He was rather sad back in those days, but he had cheered up since then. You'd be surprised what a best friend could do. "Yeah, I don't want her to be either. That's why I agreed to take her from my mother."

Mori chuckled "Awww, such a nice minion." And lightly tapped his arm in a faux punch. "Well, this gives us a chance to practice for when you impregnate me." She said bluntly, like it had already been decided.

Loki blushed and tried to blow her statement off as a joke. "Y-yeah... I gues it does give us some practice. Although, I really hope we aren't too bad at it, for her sake."

Mori's mouth tweeked up. "Well, you gotta start some where. Even if we semi mess up, it'll only give us storys to laugh at when we're older." She looked down and wiggled her paw over the shell "Right little bugger?"

Loki smiled back and gave to egg a nice pat. "Well, we'll laugh about it if it's not too bad. I would hope that we don't do anything too bad though, you know?"

*trys to decide what Mori will do if she sees a loki plush*

She deff has feelings for the guy.... Shes just not the type to say ^^;;

Mori walked out, hearing her name and only her name "What have you been saying about me?" Her eyes narrowing.

Shippo: O_O..... "Noooothing...">__>....

Loki: *looks over at Mori, holding Eir* What?

Mori turned her eyes to Loki, her glare still in place. When she noticed it was him, her gaze softend. "Oh. I dunno, my human was talking about me. And I have no idea why. Pisses me off." She glaned at the egg and gave a very soft smile. "Hello lil bugger. whats up with you today?"
Loki shrinked down under her glare and smiled a small smile when it disappeared. "Really? That's not considerate of her." He pat Eir softly and smiled at the vibration.

Mori smirked "Yeah, she tends to do that. I'll walk in and she'll be talking and I hear my name =__=. Ugh, what ever." Mori patted the egg. "We should start geting ready for her to hatch. .....Do kits wear diappers?"

Loki blinked at the words hatch. She had been an egg for so long, he had begun to forget that she was going to hatch. "T-that's right... I don't think they do; I didn't"

Mori was silent, thinking. "Well, my childhood is nothing to base off of, so I didnt know. Shes gunna need toys though, right?"

Loki nodded. "Yeah, I think she'll need toys. And maybe a bed... crib... thing?"

Mori's eyes went a little wide. "Yeah, cause she might fall out of bed and damage herself.....which I presume we dont want."

Loki shook his head. "We definatly don't want that to happen!"

Mori nodded and tapped lightly on the shell "Hear that? No wiggling in your sleep. You might get hurt." She thought for another moment. "Well, I could ask Shippo to get us a crib. But I think We'd have to assemble it." A little annoyed moan rumbling in her throught. But it was to help the kit, so she would do it.

Loki thought for a moment on how they could build a crib, he hadn't the slightest idea. "Would it come with instructions?" ^^;

Mori nodded "I would assume so. Kealani used to make me hang out in the nursery =__=. And when I got bored...which was always really, I'd just find questions to ask. SO I know a bit about kits. But not so much about teens.. "....which is harder?"

"Wow, that's cool," Loki didn't know a thing about raising children. He hadn't been raised, he'd never seen anyone be raised. He just hoped he could pull it off for his sisters sake. "I guess we'll need to go get one then? Or we could get her a nice futon?"

Mori snickered at the futon bit "Yes, futons would work too. Barely any way to fall and get hurt from one of those. Hmmm, well, shes your sister so you can decide whats best for her." She scrunched her nose a bit "Yeah, but I really didnt like kits at all at that time... so it was kind of torturous. Only reason they probably dont bug me so much is because I know how to make them shut u--- uhh, be quiet." Now that there would be a kit around the place, she would have to learn how to control her language.

Loki thought about the two. He knew the futon would be easier, but the thought of his little sister playfully batting at a mobile just out of her reach. "You know... I want to stick with the crib even if it is a little more difficult." He listened to her. "Are you alright with kits now? I don't want her to annoy you..."

Mori srhugged "I dunno if I'll ever be okay with Kits. But that doesnt stop me from wanting to continue my lineage. And this is a good way to test myself since I havent been in the nursery for a while. Plus, I like helping you." She nodded at his choice. "Sounds cute, we should do that."

Loki nodded, he felt much the same. "Yeah, I would like to. Hopefulkly before she hatches too."

Well, if we ask shippo tonight, we should be able to talk her into ordering us one so we can assemble it before Eir hatches. Then her first sleep could be in the crib. and if it doesnt.... she could always sleep in between us so she doesnt fall. and put a ton of stuffed animals at the side of the bed. I can steal Jirs for a night.

Loki amiled brightly. "Sounds like a plan!" He stroked Eir and hummed. "Hear that sis? You're going to have your very own crib. Isn't that wonderful?"
