Crystal Forest

Crystal Forest got its name by its Crystal like environment. Most things in this forest are whited out and hardened by the snow that never seized to fall. The snow never stops. The once green and lush plants are now grey and white from snow. The trees have all lost their leaves. All of the lakes that once flowed clear and fresh are now frozen over from the cold temperature. Any animals that used to thrive here have all died out. It once used to be a beautiful place until a strange thing happened. On a winters day it began to snow as it would and cover the land in a white blanket. Spring came and the snow continue to fall from the sky and soon after blizzards raged against the land, rocks became jagged, trees never regained their leaves, plants died, animals starved and moved out, the forest died. Two hundred years later the snow still continues to fall, lightly at some times and heavy at others. No one can explain this freak of nature but we continue to admire this winter wonderland of isolated white silence.

This forest is completely and utterly lifeless unless someone stumbles upon this crystal World. Many have lost their lives trying to get out of this forest, most just weren't fit to see though the white. Bodies lost forever, frozen in time under the many layers of snow.
