Alright, I just got back from watching this movie at my local library theatre, and I must say, it is quite possibly one of the best movies I have seen a long time.
I could try and explain the plot, but, like any film written by Charlie Kaufman, just reiterating the plot would do it no justice; this is a film filled with so many complexities and subtleties that it makes for a challenging film to watch. However, this is a film worth seeing. It runs in the same vein as Citizen Kane and Death of a Salesman, and, to some extent, another Kaufman movie, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
Has anyone else seen this movie? If so, what are your thoughts on it?

I managed to catch it last week. It was quite a head trip, but I expect nothing less from Charlie Kaufman, especially since it's his directorial debut. The ending was so perfect for a story that was really baffling and yet clear at the same time.
