This is the infirmary, the medical center for Haven. Next to the training room and the lower lobby, the infirmary is where the injured and sick are treated. In the main room there are two examination tables, a sink, several cabinets, a medical cooler, a desk with a computer, a scale, an x-ray machine, a counter with drawers, a small waiting area, and a small bathroom. There are several dozen rooms besides the main room, including storage rooms, examination rooms, operating rooms, recovery rooms, intensive care rooms, a couple of emergency rooms, a few quarantine rooms, and a couple of different medical labs. The infirmary is in all ways that matter a fully functional hospital, with equipment on par with any big city hospital and about as much room as a small rural hospital.

Currently there's only one doctor working in the infirmary, Dr. Gail Hunter. However Myythern, a lycanthrope healer, occassionally comes in to help Gail run the hospital facilities. And recently, Elliot Klein, a medic and EMT, was hired by the Hunters and now also works in the infirmary as well as a field medic. The doctor also keeps a supply of medical blood not only for emergency purposes but also to help feed the vampiric Hunters, so the vampire members of the New York Hunters Group can often be found down here looking for a meal.

She smiled when she was told Aiden was agitated, that was his way of caring. Amber did as Gail said and drank the water, washing the pills down with it, her throat burned the whole time especially on the left side. Amber layed her head back down and wondered where Jaffar was. Her head still ached like hell like Gail had said, but her throat hurt worse and she hoped that her left side would stop burning so badly. She was also having trouble breathing and the problem seemed to be more on the left side than the right but she just figured she had a sore throat and it would go away, but since when did you cough up blood when you had sore throats? That question stayed inside her mind making her very uncomfortable and unsettled.

Amber's throat still burned and she didn't know why, it was starting to irritate her very much. She took her cup and started coughing, she luckily coughed up her blood into the cup. She then thought to herself, "Geez why am I so weak? I used all my power on Malice, but my fire didn't even tickle him... Maybe it was because I used a whole bunch of my power before, but still..." Amber remembered her slashed shoulder, and when she did the pain from it started to come back she then said aloud "Aw damn why'd I have to start thinking about that? Now it hurts again along with my throat..." Amber then closed her eyes and sighed wondering how Jaffar was doing.

Amber simply laid there bored out of her mind and hurting like hell.

Amber simply smiled at Jaffar then paused for a few seconds. "I still am coughing up blood and my throat hurts like hell, but I wouldn't die from it." Amber said confidentally.

Amber returned the painfully obvious look and hers read "I feel like s**t". Amber then decided to be polite despite her pain and said "Hi Dariel how are you?"

"Hi Amber, I hope you get well soon, I am fine. I will stay here until you get better, or until I am desperately needed.

Krii'Ouse heard Ski purring. He sat up, and looked down at her. 'What's your deal, you silly cat?' he asked. 'Are you okay? I was so worried about you guys. William was gone for over two hours or more! What did they do to you? Are you alright?' he asked frantically. He hung his legs over the bed, and stood up, walking over to her.

He kneeled down, and was about to kiss her, but he coughed into his hand on the left. 'Damn...I shouldn't kiss you yet... Even though I want to... I love you so much!'
