Yeah it's what happens when you live at the north pole. I think in larger communities the fee is higher because the percentage of abandoned animals is higher, though, and shelters have higher demand on feeding and maintaining so many animals.

4 cats
1 dog
3 ducks
10 chickens
and 1 goat.
I used to have more chickens and another duck, but we've had some fox trouble. stare
