Do I have to use a previously made RP thread, or can I make my own new storyline?
Since I'm new, is there a time limit I have to wait befoe posting, or creating a new Rp thread(if the answer to the above question is an okay)?

No, you can use the pre-made ones or make your own. If it had been anything different (i.e. time limit) we would have told everyone in an announcement/sticky beforehand. So knock yourself out.
