HIN- Hunter Information Network
The Hunters, using both new technology and older systems of communication, have come up with a system for quickly circulating notes to one another. This is accomplished via cell phone text messages and by dropping off encoded letters at certain drop-off points where they can be found by other Hunters. All notes shall be posted in this thread.

Content: All Hunters, welcome to the next step of information sharing, the Hunters Information Network, or HIN. This network has been created to pass on personal messages to other Hunters, to share news and information, or to alert everyone about a certain situation. With cell phone text messages we can get information to other Hunters quickly, and with the encoded letters and secret drop-off points we can ensure the security of more sensitive messages. The techniques utilized in HIN have been adapted from the standard practices of organizations such as the CIA and MI-5, and as such there is no way for our enemies to intercept or disrupt this line of communications. This is the latest tool in our war against the supernatural, use it well.

He is highly dangerous and is most certaintly armed. All volunteers have the option to show up for a brief information session at the Shadow Stalker Chapterhouse and quit.

What I need to know is if they're on your radar, anyone there one of the somebodies i shoudn't kill. If the answers are no I could use some help in taking them out.... recon estimates about 20 vampires there at any given time.
