Regional Subforum

Welcome to the Regional Subforum. This subforum is talk about events such as state compitions, invitationals, concerts, parades, or anything of the sort here. Also this subforum can be used to find people from the same area as you.

Here are the rules that apply to all forums of the Band Nerd Guild. These can be find in all the forums.

Rules
1. No Repeat Threads and Moving Threads
1A. Moving Threads
Since the creation of subforums we know give the members a lot more freedom in what they can post. Please post in the respected subforums. If you post in the wrong forum, your post will be moved without any warning. Example: Posting about trumpets in the woodwinds subforum will result in your thread being moved into the brass subforum.

1B. Repeat Threads
Since the creation of subforums, we're not going to be as a**l about repeat threads. BUT that does not mean this thread doesn't exsist. Do to how large and active in this guild, we still like to keep forum traffic under control. The subforums help us a lot with this, but the main reason we're keeping this rule is so we don't have 15 threads all talking about the same thing. Such as if you make a new "Post your pictures" thread, it will be locked as we already have one. There really isn't need for two.

2. Be nice. No flaming. No stupidity. Common Sense Rules
This applies to bashing other sections and/or instruments. No posts or threads will be allowed that negatively degrade another section. Such as saying "TROMBONES SUCK" will result in either your post/thread being deleted, you getting a PM to warn you, and if the problem continues we shall ban you from the Guild.

3. Follow the Gaia TOS.
I can, personally, can get banned if any members break the TOS. We've never in the past have had a problem like that. Um really the only real Gaia rule that people break is the big sig. Which BTW sigs over 500x500 aren't allowed on Gaia. If any of us mods see it- we'll notify you about it because real Gaia mods can disable your sig. (And it's not very fun.) Also DO NOT POST LINKS TO DOWNLOAD LISCENED MATERIAL! Basically don't post links to download music/MP3s that's liscend. Now then if you're posting an audio file of you playing or an orignal piece you composed, by all means please do (we like that), but do not post links to download music that's been liscened.

4. Any questions, concerns, and comments you can either post in the Admistration Sticky and/or PM me and/or contact me on AIM as I'm always on and I do have a lot of Guild people IM me.
This can be about why a thread was locked. Why I don't update the old memberlist, which is stated below. If you created a new banner. If you just hate the rules. If you want to know upcoming features for guilds. If you have any questions about Gaia in general- I get this a lot- like how to signatures and what are guilds. Don't worry I'll answer any question to my best ability.

5. Submitting banners.
(This info can also be found in the banners section.) Now then lots of people like to make banners for the guild. That's great, and in fact- that's fabolous. If you make a banner you can either PM it to me, which most people do, or post it up in the admistration sticky. If you do PM it to me and I don't post it up here- just post it up in the admistration sticky and ask for another mod to do it. 3nodding I never decline a banner. But there is a catch . . . YOU MUST HOST YOUR OWN BANNER! I will not host your banner on my personal image hosting. The link you provide when you post your banner up will be the link I post up here. If you take that image down off of your image hosting, the banner comes down from this thread. It's as simple as that. 3nodding

On a last side note- you get warned three times before we ban you from the guild. (Unless you do something to really piss us off.)
