Student Council Hand Book
Article 1
Section-
1. All student council members must always be within the top 50 on Mid-terms and End-of-the Years tests.
2. All student council members must always perform their duties to help the entire student body.
3. "All for one and one for all" Means, if one student council member is in trouble, the whole entire student council takes responsibility.
4. The entire student council ust never misuse their powers or show off their powers in front of students unless granted permission.
5. Treasurer and Accountant are responsible for taking care of the student council money, meaning, every single action the Convert and Assault team make, such as; fighting, repairs, food, drinks, etc.
6. If the president is in the position of uncomfortness, all student council members shoul work together to get rid of that problem causing it. (No one knows who put this in...)
7. All student council orders are all undertaken by vice-presidents and allcountant/treasurer, and given permission by president.
8. Students must not know that the student council is made up of Exorcists, Psychics, and Ghost hunters. The Student Council abilities must not be shown in front of students!

Distant readings
Distant readings are conducted many times without the reader ever meeting or speaking to the client. The client asks questions pertaining to his or her life and a psychic uses intuitive senses to determine a probable outcome or solution to those questions. At times this practice is similar to methods used for remote viewing and healing. This method dispenses with the possibility of the reader picking up on visual or verbal cues evident in face to face or telephone readings.


Psychometry readings
Psychometry is a form of postcognition which enables the psychic reader to receive information about people, events or objects associated with events that have already occurred, or are occurring in the present, by being in close contact with the area or object where the event took or is taking place. Commercial psychometry readers often ask the subject for their favorite and most meaningful objects, such as wedding rings, glasses, car keys, etc., for the reading. The belief is that objects which are in close proximity to a person for extended periods of time hold some of that person's energy; energy which can be detected. This method is often used to try and locate missing persons.


Aura reading
Aura psychic reading involves the observation and interpretation of auras around physical human bodies. The “aura” is a set of cascading colored outlines emanating from the surface of the body which differ from one person to another in terms of size, shape, intensity, and color. Aura readers claim to have the ability to see or sense this aura, observe each characteristic and interpret their meaning to the individual.


Tarot reading
Tarot reading does not need psychic abilities. A deck of 78 cards known as the Tarot is used to predict and interpret relationships, love, careers, etc. The tarot is also used for spiritual, esoteric, psychological, occult and divinatory purposes. Tarot reading tends to have a great deal of variation, since each card in the Tarot, as well as the order in which they appear, and their position within the 'spread' when dealt, have different specific meanings. The meaning of each tarot card is also open to the interpretation of the Tarot reader, and the same set of cards may have two different meanings to two different readers.


Numerology
Numerology is defined as the study of the occult meanings of numbers and their influence on human life. It is essentially a reading of an individual based specifically upon numerical values such as their date of birth, letters in their names, etc. Numerology was once considered part of higher mathematics in the ancient world. Numerology is not a form of psychic reading.


Palm reading
Palmistry is another popular method of giving readings, involving characterization and foretelling of one's future through the study of the lines, shapes, wrinkles and curves on the palm. Palmistry can be studied and learnt and does not need any psychic ability.


Astrology
Astrology involves the reading of an individual and predicting of their future based upon their date of birth, based on the alignments of the planets and stars. Astrology is an ancient practice and pre-dates many scientific methods of astral observation. Astrology can be studied and learnt and does not need any psychic ability.


Rune Reading
Runes are an ancient alphabet used for divining the future. The runes are cast on a mat to discern future events or path a problem or issue will take. Runes are also considered magick and are used for spells and incantations by some witches.


Cartomancy or Playing Card Reading
The reading of playing cards is also a method some psychics use to conduct a psychic reading. This is done with playing cards that are shuffled by the querent and laid out in a spread by the psychic and is then interpreted by the reader. The difference between this and tarot readings is that a deck of regular playing cards are used rather than a tarot card deck.

The Prolouge- Is from a really wealthy family. Sakura is really smart and doesn't like the fact that she was born with all her powers. Sometimes they activate without her wanting to. She doesn't have complete control of her powers yet. So she does tend to be alone most of the time. She is also very popular at school because of her being the Top 1 on everything and because of her being student council president as a first year. Despite all that, she carries a book and a deck of tarot cards with her at all times. So far, all her predictions are 99.3% accurate. She rarely talks to and shows her real emotions to anyone other than Miaka and her family, sometimes the other members of the Student Council. In her family, she is treated really specially. She has a really good memory and has photographic, Audio, and Physical memory, just one glance, hearing something once, doing anything and feeling anything once, and she can remember what she just saw, heard, and/or felt. She even remembers things she doesn't really need to or want to, that will be with her for the rest of her life. It just stays in her mind and she can't really forget anything she sees, hear, or feels.

She is always with her twin. And tends to always wear some sort of animal related hat, or have a stuff animal with her. And when talking, she tends to talk in third-person. She also tends to play some sort of kid's game too. She can play all sorts of instruments , sing, and dance very well. While knowing most of the Eastern Martial arts. She tends to do Magic tricks when performing her Tarot Reading. Apparently her Tarot reading is her best and main Use. She uses her Tarot cards as weapons, since they are like kunai knifes to her. If your were to put her in a match against everyone on the student council, which is 15 to 1, she would win because of her Psychic dispersion and ability to read minds and transfer thoughts. Her Faith healing isn't that strong yet, she can't heal scars or old wounds, she can't cure major diseases either. She does have a little bit of each psychic poweres, it's just not strong enough for her to use entirely. Also, she rarely ever goes to class, she mainly hangs out at the student council room, doing something most of the time she's, playing kid games, Reading, Drawing, going on the computer, doing work, or just playing an instrument. You will never see her withing a big crowd unless she has to make announcements or something like that. Lastly, she has very odd tastes for everything, for a competition, she'll add in something out of the ordinary, like, try to beat one of the student council members in something, or make a good Curry rice dish that matches with one of these people's tastes. Obviously, she's the best, smartest, most athlethic, and such out of the whole Student council, but her prefrences are a little bit off the charts. Last and Far Most, she has a huge problem/habit, that she tends to sleep with other people in her dorms. She doesn't really know how, but she'll sleep in the same bed as another girl she knows by the time she goes to bed. It kind of just tells you that she really likes you or actually considers you as a close good friend. It just happens, and she does take afternoon naps. You could say that it's her childish side. Ah, but don't wake her up in a way she doesn't like or when she's really really tired, she will be very angry, and she is very scary when she's very angry. She's also a relative of Kiyoshi Akuma, she's her second cousin. It seems as though she had taken a liking to her, but is slowly building a brick wall between them since Sakura likes the occult and is a ghost hunter, and Kiyoshi doesn't. She lost the ability to show her actual emotions because of her Astral Projection and emotional break downs of seeing ghosts sad and depressed from when she was a kid. Also has an older brother who use to be Vice-President.

The Headings- Alice has good traits that can keep people around her. Alice is very polite to everyone, unless they act rude or disrespectful to her. She is a very determined, self-reliant, strong young lady. She believes that if you need something done, you need to get it done yourself. Alice is a girl that needs a lot of personal space. She is sophisticated and seeks pleasure out of everything fun that she does. Alice is neat, organized, and pretty much a perfectionist. Alice loves to know everything, she has a thirst for knowledge and would love fame. She knows and understands what is here today can be gone by tomorrow, for she’s already learned that lesson. Though, since everyone is not perfect, she has her down sides as well. She can be critically opinionated and judgmental, so much that she thinks that she is always right. She is very vain and self-righteous. Alice can be described as egotistical. She can also be aggressive, arrogant, and selfish. Also if she is uncomfortable she tends to get timid. Alice always over-works herself and then tends to get depressed if she doesn‘t get what she wants. Sadly, she is a pessimist and never looks at how well she is, she looks at the glass as half empty.

The Condition- Alice had trouble understanding her powers and went into a deep depression. The teachers couldn’t get her to do anything, so she was often picked on for her bad grades. One day she couldn’t take the teasing anymore and she attacked a student, almost killing him. She was soon expelled and taken away from the school she attended and she has now been attending the Academy for one year.
The Plot- Alice Lovette had been born into a family of four, grandmother, dad, mom, herself. Alice had grown up happy, until her parents’ divorce. Her parents divorced when Alice was at the young age of four. After that, everything started to get worst. Two days after Alice turned seven, a fire broke out in her house and her grandmother died. Alice had barely gotten out alive, and she had been dead for three minutes and thirty seconds. Alice had awoken and was eventually admitted out of the hospital. But, she soon found out that she had developed a strange power. After some research, she found that she was Clairvoyant. Alice’s mother was heartbroken when Alice‘s grandmother died in the fire, and began to drink. Though, Alice and her mother never really talked much, so it didn’t bother Alice. A while after Alice turned twelve, she told her mother about her powers, and this only upset Alice‘s mother more. By the time Alice turned fourteen her mother developed a terrible addiction to alcohol. Alice was scared of her powers and she was scared of her home. So, she began to settle into a depression. All of the teachers at her school tried to help her, but nothing worked. The kids teased her, until one day Alice snapped and she attacked a boy at her school with a pen. She stabbed him in vital areas and he almost died. She was sent out of the school and her mother disowned her. Alice was then accepted into the Hyaku Kaidan Academy and she has been there for a year now.

The Unpublished- Alice is protected by her best friend, Scarlet. She also doesn’t like being alone in the dark, and if she is left alone she breaks down.

The Plot- Daron was an average, somewhat popular, and active student though he did sleep in class constantly. His teachers asked if he was getting enough sleep at home. Ultimately his parents got worried about Daron and sent him to Hyaku Kaidan Academy where his parents could keep a closer eye on him. After a week at the school Daron started to right about his dreams and reported to have seen ghost as well as receiving a sharp pain when waking up from dreams he also recalls to have these pains in classes. He was sent to the nurses office ten times in his first semester claiming to feel a burning sensation in his stomach and many headaches.

Problems from Previous school: She kept blackmailing some people that she didn't like, kept flirting with some girls, was caught doing something very innopropriate on school grounds, and always angered people starting fights.
Biography: Kiyoko is a blood relative of Kiyoshi Akuma, actually, she's her younger sister. When Kiyoshi had that incident at school, Kiyoko wanted to study about Ghosts and such, so she became interested into the occult, and is technically addicted to it. She knows that her second cousins, Sakura and Miaka, are exorcists and ghost hunters, so she just kind of took interest into them. And along with that, she took interest in Sakura, very much.
Other: She get's in a lot of fights with Miaka. Kiyoko is also a photographer, and takes pictures of lots of things. Apparently, she can take pictures of powerful ghosts, but she can't see them. So she's somewhat popular because of that ability. She's also a gossiper who loves spreading rumors. She's also popular with ghost stories, so a lot of people love playing Hyaku mongotari kaidankai with her. She doesn't know why ghosts appear thought, or what the student council is made up of. Kiyoko is often mistaken as a younger version of her sister Kiyoshi, because they look very similar. Kiyoko even has the same name as her older sister, she's just missing one character 'shi' which is replaced with 'ko' But their meaning is the same, which means 'Pure Nightmare' Sadly, in her part of the family bloodline, ghosts are attracted to her, but they can't posses her or do anything to her. Which explains why her older sister, Kiyoshi, was not murdered, but a witness in the event 3 years ago.

The Back- He's Sakura's and Miaka's older brother. He can make a katana come out of nowhere with wind. He also tends to carry around a wooden katana. Even though he's kind of uncontrollable outside, at home, he's pushed around by his girlfriend. To this day, when people see his girlfriend with him, they believe she's like a god to them because of her overpowering Kuro.
