Let's talk about Twilight. What are your opinions of the movie and the book? Me well, I loved the book but I haven't seen the movie yet so I can't say anything about that. I've heard it's not as good as the book though. Which I highly expected cuz movies are NEVER the same as
books.
You have to highlight this to read it all!

I liked the book, it was ok in a young teenager sense. Most of the time it just dragged on and on...the movie was worse though >.> At first I only watched like 20 minutes in the beginning and then stopped. I didn't finish watching it till like a month later I think. Only partly watched it though to tell the truth. I was playing online while watching. I know I know, you must be thinking that I should watch and pay attention to the movie...I tried but my attention could easily be taken away if not captured lol. LOTR on the other hand, was a good movie. I only read the first book, and I have to admit I was a lil challenged, but I understood most of the book itself and could point some differences in the book to the movie.

I'd have to agree with you on LOTr. I myself am making myself read the books. I find that the movies do actually go along pretty well with the books. I love the LOTR series, books and movies. I am completely obsessed. I even want to go to New Zealand cuz the movies were filmed there!

Even tho I haven't seen the movie yet I've read the book at least 5 times and I still love it. As well as the rest of the series. I have to wait to see the movie until it comes out on DVD.

i have been obsessed with the books i think i have read twilight more than i can imagine, the movie like you said before isn't as great but it was still good as in terms with the book itself..although i would have liked it better if it had more of the meadow scene in it i was quite sad wen it only lasted like a minute mad but it was still a great movie!
I also read LOTR and i thought both movies and books were quite amazing

Have any of you seen Pride and Prejudice or read the book or both =]
I personally am just starting to read the book, but I am assuming in this case the movie is probably better than the book? Or it might depend on if people actually liked reading the book and enjoyed it then, they can differentiate better that the book was better. blaugh

yeah it is. if you read the movie i think you can get a jist of it. it'd be better to be able to talk to someone who can compare with me on the differences, book club =p

I can't wait till the new harry potter movie comes out july 15. Also this year I saw Marley and me as well as 17 agian.
