 Here are all the RP's that Kamaria and Leyla (sometimes KKC) have joined in (thread + PM), we hope to add some more soon! We're always up for RP if you ask, we may be busy sometimes though and may not beable to RP.Kourin: Quote: Kamaria + Leyla Kamaria skipps around bouncing up to Kourin, running behind her was Leyla. Kamaria stops and smiles, her eyes open up widely "Hi!" she said excitedly, wagging her tail, "I'm Kamaria, you can call me Kam for short though, and then this..." she turns to her right to look at a darker silver cub catching up with her, "this is Leyla, you can call her whatever you like, she doesnt mind! of course ntohing nasty though" she knodded turning her head back over to Kourin, "and you are?.."Kourin Kourin blinked once, out of surprise more than anything. Had she really been so absorbed in daydreaming she'd failed to notice a foal and cub bounding near her? Apparently so. "Hello." The filly's outgoing antics coaxed a soft grin from her. "Pleased to meet you, Kamaria..." And she paused. Whether it was for thought or emphasis was left for intrepretation. "That is a lovely name. And Leyla, as well." The mare bent her neck to peer a little more closely at the cub - She'd never seen a lion follow a Soquili in tow in this fashion; it intrigued her. "I'm Kourin." And another pause; it seemed very typical for her. "You're welcome to call me whatever you can think of. Just be sure to warn me first if it's a little too outlandish, so I know I'm supposed to answer to it." Kourin bobbed her head a little.Kamaria + Leyla Kamaria smiled, she was glad that the tall horse had replied kindly to her. It was her first encounter with another soquilli so she wanted to know what they where like. "Thank you smile it means 'like the moon'" she widened her smile a little, "Kourin! thats a pretty name too, i'll call you... Kourin!" she giggled. Leyla walked upfront so she was inbetween Kourin and Kamaria, she lay down, looking at the tall soquilli, she knew Kamaria would be like that one day. All tall big and strong, she sighed, and thought to herself 'they cant stay little all the time,'Kourin "Like the moon?" That was understandable. A little overly obvious, maybe, but not unreasonable. It almost made her wish her name had meaning. Almost. It didn't matter that much. "I can see that." Her tail flicked, swishing idly around her ankles. "Kourin it is. And thank you." The mare was careful to make her faint smile a little more obvious, at least for a moment. She couldn't help letting her attention drift to the cub though. It really was interesting. She generally associated the two as being on a sort of unstable truce; Soquili and lions. On fairly even terms individually, but dangerous to eachother in numbers. It was unexpected to see the two species bonded in a friendship, and the sight of it warmed her spirits for reasons she couldn't quite define. "And what have you been up to this lovely day?"Kamaria + Leyla With excitement Kamaria squeeked"Yuppers!" and blinked rather quickly. Leyla was still lying inbetween the two horsies talking, noticing that Kourin had been watching her for a while now, she realised that she hadnt said anything yet and didnt want to be rude. She spoke quietly and calmly"We've been exploring Soquilli lands, as we're quite new here, you're the first being we've met. Oh and exscuse Kamaria, she's abit of an energetic horse... ..as you may of already figured" she wagged her tail, "What have you been up to?"Kourin She really hadn't meant to stare; Kourin didn't even realize she had been until the lion spoke up. She shook her head to clear her thoughts (as though the motion assisted the process), and fixed Leyla with a more focused gaze... Rather than a dazed one. "How are you enjoying yourselves thus far?" The mare wondered briefly where exactly they had been wandering, having managed to avoid contact with any sort of being until now. Some portions of the land were fairly densely populated, and it was difficult to dodge interaction entirely. At least, that's how it seemed to her. "Nothing to excuse at all. Energy is hardly a fault." Kourin nodded reassuringly, her slightly curled mane waving with the motion. "Hum..." And she paused, again. "Thinking, I suppose. Can't really recall what about, now that you mention it. That's probably some sign I should get my head out of the clouds now and then. At least long enough to pay attention." And the mare grinned sheepishly.Kamaria + Leyla Kamaria knodded energeticly, "Having a great time thank you!!" she said as she wagged her tail. Leyla giggled at the energetic Kamaria, "i suppose if you have energy its alot funner than being dull!" she got up and walked around Kamaria, "day dreaming is no fault either, dreaming about distant lands where we may or may not go to, it can take us away from some horrors which we may have at land!"KourinKourin felt her smile renew, despite it having faded a bit previous. "Glad to hear it." She found it difficult not to smile, actually. Kamaria's happiness was infectious. Fortunately, her energy was not. The mare had a hard time imagining herself with that volume of spirit. She hadn't been that active even as a foal; it would be even more unusual now. "You think so?" The comment, though harmless enough, dampened her expression. She didn't care to think of herself as 'dull,' but she certainly wasn't full of energy either. And then she tossed her mane, throwing her negativity away with the movement. She wasn't boring, and even if she was, it didn't matter. - Kourin was content with herself.
"There's a line between dreaming, and being unrealistic... I think." She tried to assure her tone wasn't depressing; the mare didn't want to trouble the foal or her familiar. "Sometimes, I'm a little of both." Kourin paused and tilted her head to gaze at the crystaline sky. "But enough of that." There was a light breeze that picked up then; it displaced her mane and made her tail wave in the faint current. To her, the feel of it was soothing and wonderful. "Anything in particular strike your fancy? Something you'd like to do?"
Zephyr Quote: Zephyr yawned and looked around. He had overslept, again... Yawning, he unwillignly got up to his feet and stretched his bones, which were visible under his half-transparent skin.
He was thirsty, and after finding some water, he could resume his sleep. He looked around the forest, He did not remember a water source nearby. Cursing his luck, he realized that he should probably walk for a while before reaching one. He shrugged helplessly and started to walk towards the closest water pond. Kamaria bounced happily around the grassy area playing tig with leyla. Leyla was alot smaller than Kamaria, but she was fast and agile which made up for it so sooner enough the little cub did catch up with her. "I know, lets play hide and seek!!" she grinned, "you hide first Leyla, then i'll come find you, i'll could to twenty" she closed her eyes tight and started couting "one... ...two... ...threee" Leyla scuttled round trying to find a good hiding spot, she dived into a nearby bush to take cover. "ten... ..eleven... twelve.." Kamaria opened one eye slightly to see if she could still see Leyla, but hopelessly she couldnt, so she opened the other eye to see, again Leyla was no where to be seen. "fifteen.. sixteen seveneen eighteen ninteen IM COMING!! READY OR NOT!!" she opened both her eyes and ran round up and down the grassy area to find Leyla.Zephyr suddenly stopped as he stepped out of the boundaries of the forst into the grassy area. This was an opening so he thought he could see what or who was around him clearly. However, he didn't see anythign but hear... I t was another soquili.. And female if he could tell by the voice. H ewas rather uneasy around females, but he was rather curious about the unseen bearer of this voice. He trotted around, and finnaly saw a gray color filly. He shook his tail and walked to her. She looked as if she was looking for something or someone... He thought maybe he could help.
"Hi!" he yelled with an unsure look on his face.As Kamaria went into a daze trying to find Leyla, she then was taken by surprise at a scarily coloured Soquilli had come up to her, never the less she still wanted to be friends. "HI!" she grinned showing off her full set of teeth, eyes opening up wide, "I'm Kamaria! and you are??" she wagged her tail in anticipation much like a dog would do when excited to meet someone. She looked left, then right to see if Leyla was in sight.
Zephyr smiled charmingly at his new friend "I am Zephyr, it is nice to meet you Miss Kamaria!" He then noticed she saw his bony figure. He felt like he had to make an explanation for his apperance "Ahhh.. this happened to me when I was young, at an accident" H edid not want to scare her off.
The he realized that she was rather looking around for something. "Did you lose something? Maybe I can help you look for it?"He asked rather willingly. Kamaria giggled, "Nice to meet you, Mr Zephyr" she bowed her head and giggled more. "Ohh the markings?" she looked at them, the odd markings where all over his body, from tail to head, or head to tail? "i think they look awesome myself, nothing to be ashamed or scared of," she smiled, "Oh no, i havent lost, im playing hide and seek with Leyla my little lion cub," she grinned, "i love to play games, so we where just playing a round of it while i seek her, i still have yet to find though!" she giggled, "you may join if you wish, im sure she won't mind, shes about the same sort of shade as me, accept perhaps abit darker," she skipps off looking in near by bushes.
Zephyr giggled at hearing Kamaria call him "MR", "Oh you can call me Zephyr, plain. I thought a lady like yourself should be called Ms, that is all"he smiled. The added "Ah really?? I love games too, and i would love to meet your friend!"then he jumped into the bushes right after the gray colored filly. He was happy that she thought his markings were good looking. He realized most soquili he met were afraid of his reddish glow and bony markings.
He went sniffing around some bushes, and suddenly he found himself facing a lion. He jumped back and then remembered Kimaria telling him about his friend. He gave a sigh of relief "So you mush be Leyla then?"Kamaria blushed, "a lady? ah, never been called that before!" she giggled "brilliant! i can see us two shall get along well!!" she grinned "well if you can find her that is" she giggled. She was looking deep into the bushes now, darnit she was bad at the finding part of this game, hiding wasnt such a trouble, she then heard Zephyr talking to someone, or something he must of found Leyla. She skipped along following the voices she heard.
Leyla cowered in the bush, "i am indeed" she squinted, "i dont think we've met before, or have we??" she looked at him with one eye. Soon after Kamaria came jumping through the bush making Leyla jump. "i wish you'd give me warning before you do that!!"
"We found you!!!" she Kamaria grinned "well, Zephyr did.. ...you havent met him yet have you? hes my new friend!!"
"i sometimes wonder what goes on in your mind and where you find these horses, but never the less, Hello Zephyr, you already know me, im Leyla, guardian of Kamaria!!" she poofed up her chest to make herself look big and strong.
"err... yeah.. whatever.. i was more thinking along the lines of a very very good friend," she giggled, "but if you wish, my guardian, i do believe you're on!! me and Zephyr shall go hide!! count to twenty and noo cheating!!" she giggled.
Zephyr grinned. These two seemed to be both kind and fun! He did not feel the need to act shyly around them. "Nice to meet you Leyla... I am happy to meet a lion, I have never met one before you know..."
He thought havong a guardian was cool, Leyla was the companion of Kamaria... His only companions were Ezhno and Nephalia, but they were both human. He longed for the friendship of his own kind now and then.
"Hide? Us?" He asked, rather clueless. He had never played hide and seek with a soquili before. It would be so much fun! He winked at Kamaria "Okay then we will hide!"Leyla, "Nice to meet you too Zephyr, ahh not many soquilli have met one, you have very cool and unusual markings there," she smiled
Kamaria replied, "oh yes! we have to hide, otherwise it would be no game! just seeking! there is no fun seeking to find no one!" she giggled "of course we will have to hide," wwoooww she thought, how do you wink? she tried to but she kept on just blinking tightly or one eye blink then another straight after. |

Then looking up, he saw a soquili behind the bushes. He was immediatelly taken aback by the idea of someone seeing him drink, he looked to.. vulgar.. when was was drinking, or so he thought. He called out " Who's there??" with a shy voice.Kamaria gigglesnorted, "Nope, No-one is here!" Leyla rolled her eyes, and whispered, "Kamaria you're such a dope,". She rustled the bushes, this time on purpose and alot more noticeable and giggled a little more. Leyla jumped out from the bush, "that was just chaffing me" she shook her furr and walked up to Zephyr, "I do believe we have met before young man,"
Zephyr smiled at the hyper soquili, he knew her and he surprisingly did not feel uncomfortable around her, unlike with other soquilis. He gave out a happy neigh "Oh! Miss Kamaria and Leyla!" then turning at the lion with doubtful looks, tingled with fear that he got her name wrong. Then he nodded at the lion "Yes madam, we have met before indeed, at the hide-and-seek game" Then he tried to walk towards the bushes to see Kamaria but stopped and gave a sigh full of pain. Even thoguh he tried hard to hide it, it was hardly unnoticable. The limped slowly, trying not to think f his twisted leg and gave a half smile into the bushes "You there Kamaria?"
Leyla purred happily, then noticed Zephyr giving an unsure look "Yup you did get my name right" she giggled, "and the twit in the bushes one right too" she looked behind her to the giggleing bush. "hide and seek, ahh such a fun game" Leyla looked puzzlingly at Zephyr the way he was limping, "what happened to you?"
Kamaria giggled, "umm nope, its Fred"Zephyr looked at Leyla ad tried to act like nothing was wrong, he was a boy after all he should be tough right? "Uhmm.. nothing is really wrong...really" he said "Just a little pain on my leg.. it will be ok, really" He smiled, the fact that Leyla was concerned about him made him feel good.
He then returned Kamaria's giggle. She seemed grown up now but she was really still a playful filly inside "Oh forgive me Mr Fred then, I surely mistaken you with a friend... Looking closely at you know, I can see my mistake, you are not as half as pretty as her" he giggled again and blushed at calling the soquili pretty. He did not know what kind of courage came over him suddenly.Leyla looked at Zephyr, she knew something was wrong, but she knew that Zephyr didnt really want to talk about it, "well, as long as you dont pass out from pain on me then i'll be fine with that," she giggled.
Kamaria giggled once more at being called Mr Fred "Oh you cheeky little minx!" she jumped out of the bush taking half of it with her, then shaking it off, with her silvery highlights glistening in the sun. She came up close to Zephyr and looked at him closely, then suddenly out of the blue licked his cheek "mwuahuahauha!!" she skipped off around the pool, "you cant catch me!"
Leyla looked at Kamaria, "dont, he's got a bad leg!"Zephyr was quite surprised by Kamaria's sudden action and jumped back a little, and then laughed. He remembered how much this silver colored soquili loved to play. Ignoring Leyla's comment about his leg, he leapt after Kamaria... She looked really pretty as a grwn up, he wished that he was older too, to... to maybe make her see him something other than a child maybe?.. He did not know whay made him think like that... It wasn't like him at all...
He ran after Kamaria, trying to tag her, but suddenly, he front left leg twisted again, and he fell in the mud, face-down. His leg hurted, yes, but what hurt more was the humiliation of Kamaria seeing him like that."It was my fault, i should of listened to Leyla," she bowed her head, "can i help you with anything? like try carry you to somewhere where you can recover??" she looked over to Leyla, this is where she usually stepped in with her medical knowledge.
"Hrrm," she pondered "well, we could try make a bandage, but out of what i have no idea," she looked around "if you see any material, or long big leaves, those would be good," she sighed "Kamaria, you are silly sometimes, Zephyr could of really hurt himself because of you being silly and not listening to me!"
"I've apologised, and im deeply sorry, whats done is done, i cant change that now" Leyla glared at Kamaria once again. Zephyr smiled "No, really, I already feel a little better. I can want... but i really appreciate your worry and care" he smiled sincerely at the grey mare. She was incredibly kind and well... really cute in a way too... he hoped he didnt blush, but being black, he guessed he didnt have to worry about that.
the lioness was really nice too, in a motherly kind of way, he wondered under the disaggreemends that these two actually love each other. He wished he had a close friend like that.
Getting up slowly, he smiled at Leyla "Please ma'am dont worry about me... I will manage to walk.. though i mush admit I feel a little hungry.." turning to Kamaria he added "I would be very happy if you joined me in a quick snack..."
Malikai

He spotted some soquili nearby so he lifted his leg and gave a friendly neigh. Kamaria smiled as Malikai neighed and chewed on the grass happily.A beautiful horse with a glamorous silver coat smiled at Mali as he ate his grass. He suddenly felt guilty that his pregnant mate, Mesarthim, was all by herself in their teepee why he was outdoors enjoying himself.
"Hello! I don't think I ever met you before? What is your name? I'm Malikai!" he greeted her.Kamaria looked at the pretty and unusual markings on the soquilli's furr. His long black hair was braided with beads in it. Then... ..well on his back seemed to be, some sort of things sprouting out of it, they where feathered and beautiful, Kamaria looked on her back to see if she had any on hers, to her disapointment she lacked them.
"Heya Malikai!" she grinned showing off her pearly whites, "Hmm, no i dont think you have, i'm Kamaria" she bowed her head, "i hope you dont think i'm rude to ask, but what are those on your back??" she questioned Malikai, looking closer at the feathered things. Malikai fluttered his "feathery things" and grinned. He had never met any other soquilis with wings either so he could understand Kamaria's confusion.
"They are my wings! I can fly just like a hawk!" he giggled as he flapped his wings. "Oh wow!!" her face lit up with excitement as she looked at the wings, what a beautiful invention she thought to herself. "I wish i could fly," she looked down to the floor gloomily knowing she couldnt be up there in the sky with the clouds, or to see the stars glisten.. "is there any way that i could fly? like if i sprout some of these.. ..wings?" she did realise she was being quite inquisitive, and that Malikai was probably tierd of answering questions from others like herself. "ive never seen a hawk"
