A series of water canals that connect from houses to the ocean, to lakes to just about anywhere a water pet may want to go. Mostly for use by those with no legs to move around with the canal is also a great meeting place away from the land dwelling pets.

Playing with the little grass in the canal, Grace laid on the side of the stream waiting patiently. She watched as Milana knocked on the door, since she was obviously incapable of even getting to the door.
"Hello? Is anyone there?" Milana called.

Because nobody else was home, Akoi mumbled and groaned and moaned all the way until he managed to open the door through the stream in the house that connected to the mainstream outside. He almost yelled at whoever was standing out there, but then stopped as he saw two pretty girls outside the door. *Hm, I might answer the door more often if people like that are waiting for me* "Yes... is there something I can help you with?" He was rarely polite so he sounded more agitated then it meant.

When Milana saw the boy she as her nature stumbled on her words. But lucky, Grace came to her rescue.
Swishing her tail through the water current, Grace replied "Ah yes, our family is out today and so we were wondering if you or your family would like to hang out with u-" But before you could finish Milana coughed a reminding sound, Grace quickly remembered and then started to finish, "...or er.. me since My sister, Milana, has to go to the library today."

Akoi looked back and forth between the two girls. He was used to staying at home alone and wasn't much one for socializing when he didn't have to, but he was a curious fish, which often got him into trouble and made him do things he wouldn't normally. Right now, he was curious about the fish currently in front of him. "My older sis is out but I suppose if you don't mind me bringing my younger sister with me we could hang out. I'm babysitting right now since my other brother is off somewhere causing trouble. What exactly did you have in mind?"

"OH of course I don't mind!" Grace said in her casual peppy voice. "I was thinking about the ocean perhaps." She smiled while looking at Milana who was smiling also.

Akoi nodded. "Sure, sounds good. I'm always game for going to the ocean." He goes inside and draggs out a little puppy. "This is my little sister Marie, she's still learning how to swim, but she can play on the beach."
Marie smiled sweetly at the girls. "Hullo! I didn't know big brother had friends!"
Akoi scowled. "Quiet Marie, I can have friends if I choose to."

Milana and Grace giggled. Graces waterproof watch then started to beep. "Oh its time to pick her up... say I have to pick up my little sister, her classes are done so do you mind if we meet you there?" Grace said frowning at what unfortunate timing she had.

He hesitated at the giggliness of the two girls, he wasn't used to being around so many happy-go-lucky personalities but it was somewhat refreshing. He smirked. "Sure. We'll meet you there, besides, that will give the little twit here someone to play with."
Marie put her hand on her hips. "Heeeey, Haru said not to call me that! I'm going to tell." She then relised what they were talking about. "I want someone to play with!
"Then shut up already. Sheesh. Ok, we'll meet you there!."
(do you want to meet in another thread by the beach or just stay in here?)

Later on-
Swimming in the canal with Michelle walking on the grass they headed on to the beach. When she finally saw them, Grace and Michelle yelled, "Hey we're here!!" Michelle darted across the sand to them while Grace followed just behind.

Akoi looked over and smiled, as the girls walked up. He had just started to get bored watching Marie as she played in the sand. He had been swimming back and forth, not really doing too much in particular. "Hey, so you came after all, eh?"
Marie looked up excitedly and waved to the girl who was running up. "Hullo! Want to play in the sand with me?"

"Yes! Silly, why wouldn't we?" Grace smiled widely while swimming a bit faster to get to the ocean. When she made it she dug herself in the sand stretching before you returned to the surface.
Michelle stopped when she reached her destination. She plopped down and gave a huge grin while sticking out her hand. "I'm Michelle! And I would love too!" Michelle chirped.

Akoi watched without taking his eyes off of her. He was surprised to find her graceful and interesting as well. So he swam after her and stayed back, watching to see what she would do next. "You're pretty fast. How irritating, it will be annoying to keep up with you."
Marie smiled. "I'm Marie! I'm glad, it's fun to dig with someone! I'm gonna dig a big hole!!!"

Grace grinned. "Well, I haven't been swimming very much lately so perhaps you may just as quick!" Grace examined him a little more. He did have a tail like her. Although he seemed more stiff, she was sure she could get him to relax.
"I'm going to try to make a canal! Maybe big enough to fit Grace in it too!" Michelle said while digging her fingers in the sand and playfully flicking a little sand on Marie's arm.

Akoi shrugged. "Possibly, but it's a lot of work to go that fast, don't you think? What's the point of exerting yourself so much?" *coughlazycough*
Marie giggled. "Yeah, let's make a big, huge canal so we can put both Grace and Akoi in! It will be so much fun!"
