RULES AND DETAILS

Anyone who is a clan member may participate in the contest.
You can use one of your mule accounts if you want to, but your mule has to be a member of the clan.
Only one avatar entry per person.

JUDGING
Judging will begin February 7th and end February 14th.

You will be judged based upon what you avatar is wearing during the judging period.

You can change your avatar as many times as you like during the judging period if you like.

You can also request we lock in your avatar so it won't change as you change your avatar.
If we do this you are only allowed to request 1 change/update to your avatar.
(Screenshots of your avatar must created by a clan leader.)
If you want your avatar locked the request must be made before the judging period begins.

You can still enter the contest after the voting has begun.
(But we will not restart the voting once it has begun)

As before there will be one male winner and one female winner.

Males can compete as females and females can compete as males if they so choose, cross dressing is permitted.
Which category you are in cannot be changed once voting has started. You will only be allowed to change which category you are in once.

VOTING
You may vote during the judging period February 7th--> February 14th

You will be allowed to vote for 2 female and 2 male avatars.

In the event of a tie, there will be a tiebreaker on February 15th, between the finalists. If a tiebreaker does occur you may vote for only 1 person.

You may vote for anyone in the contest except yourself.

You can vote by posting in this thread, or sending a Private Message to plasmafire

THE PRIZE
The prize for the winners, will be either a January 2009 Thank You Letter or a February 2009 Thank You Letter, The winners will be allowed to choose which one they would like.
If no response is received from the winner within two days of the end of judging, a coin will be flipped to determine which letter they receive.


We figured out an experimental new way to link to everyone's current avatar images, the images sometimes take a day to update to what your avatar looks like if you have made changes... (If it takes longer, send a pm to plasmafire / elffromspace, so we can attempt to fix any errors)

If you have time please friend elffromspace, plasmafire, and Guardian of Myhrr, this will make it easier to send you the clan news letter and special announcements through "My Status" .

Note to self and others: Don't use the Oculus Magica's eye blur pose. People don't seem to like it, as I have found out on my Arena entry. o_O;

Than again, for this sort of contest, I doubt anyone would use it.

I know what you mean. I sold a bunch of my "cutesy" and pink items last month, since I saw no need in having them and I barely wear them. It's harder to match pinks as well, or at least it is for me. Maybe I'll just do a red and white avatar. *Shrugs.* Now I'm second guessing everything ><;
