I have a question, it's kind of embarrassing though.
Is it common to get, umm, really... "excited" just before or during your period?
I seem to want to masturbate MORE during my period, because I just seem to me more excited than usual.

Yes, it is common. Feel free to masturbate all you want, whether you have your period or not.

Same thing happens to me.
But like Lorien said, feel free to masturbate all you want. Don't let a little (or a lot) of blood stop you!

Your hormones are out of whack, your areas are sensitive, it's not bad at all if you get a little excited...more than usual.
Your body's primitive main goal is to get pregnant. So when you're menstruating, it's a sign of your body saying "get pregnant! now! before it's too late!"
So release your um...tension. It's better than doing the real thing lol

Would it also be normal to be ummm...less "excitable" when you have your period?

Kit_Kitter Would it also be normal to be ummm...less "excitable" when you have your period? Yes. Some women get more in the mood, others get less in the mood, others notice no change. None of that is weird. Although getting less in the mood makes the sense from a biological standpoint since most women are less fertile during their period.
