it is true. i have discovered that the letter C has 2 sounds like all the other vowels. my example is the word cedar. the letter C clearly makes the sound of its name, while in other words it makes its other sound. Who agrees with me?

well its still a vowel because it has more than one sound. the 'not vowels' only have one sound

so then the letters W and C should become vowels. as should all of the other letters the act like vowels.
