No, but seriously, I need to keep track of certain changes, and I figured instead of using the OOC thread and eventually losing track of it, I'd be neat for a change and use a whole new thread. Yeehaw.

So, I'm counting regular human enemies who have class-one jobs, as 25 JP each. Just thought I should let y'all know. And the first battle was against five such opponents, so...here we go...

If you want to learn the abilities available to your character, let me know in this thread or in the OOC thread, so I can know what to put where. Just know that learning an ability costs the amount of AP noted, and the amount will be deducted from your character's current AP. On the other hand, every time a character learns an ability, he/she levels up. Make sure you're certain what you want to do. Spending AP to learn abilities is irreversible. In other words, you use it, you lose it. XP

Oh, quick question...
Exactly how do we regain Health and Mana?
I mean, can we regain it little by little while we're walking around or just talking or something?
And then potions and stuff.
Ehh... Just wondering, really.
So I know how many times I can cast spells.

Yeah, I figured as much, so I had already gone ahead and put it all down in the characters section of the info thread.
Um.......Wow.
Well, I guess it would recover on its own by just walking around, very SLOWLY recover, I mean. But yeah, that's not something to really rely on. Sleeping at an inn will fully recover a character, of course. That's basic Final Fantasy knowledge haha. And yeah, Potions will heal small amounts of HP. Which is a lot for all our characters, since they're all at low levels. As for MP/Mana, that can be recovered with Ethers, which are rather rare. I'm also going to include a special ability that allows faster MP recharging, but that'll all be discovered later. Muwahhahahahaa...

As for the amount of times you can cast spells....Well...I took out the aspect of numbers for HP and MP to make it simpler, but I guess it added a new complication, didn't it? Haha...Well, let's see...Low-level spells, like basic Fire and Cure and whatnot, would cost low amounts of Mana, which, for low-level characters, would actually technically be a lot, until they get much stronger and yadda yadda....So...I'm not gonna take one number and just set it in stone and say "that's the way it's gonna be", cause I wanna be flexible with this stuff. This is still a new RP, and I'm still working out the kinks, so to speak. So....For the sake of having fun, while at the same time not making anyone ultra-powerful/unstoppable...let's say....um...Five? Yeah, I think five casts per recharge would be enough for just-starting-out characters like all of ours. Of course, this is a free democracy, and I LOVE hearing everyone else's opinions, so tell me what you think about that, if it's okay and whatnot.
