Hello my fellow guild members... I have come in search of others interested in joining a recently created Repo! based RP. There are only four characters at the moment (one of which is taking leave time) and we're looking for more talent to answer the call! Follow the link below to give the thread a look.

Intro:
In the middle of the 21st Century Organ Failure had become a worldwide epidemic. Graveyards were quickly filled and soon even the sewers became the final resting place for the thousands of dead. As the world fell into mourning, a savior appeared, offering what the entirety of the human race would soon become so dependent on. GeneCo, owned and operated by the Largo family, began to manufacture synthetic organs that both met and exceeded the performance of biological body parts. With simple payment plans it was soon possible for anyone to receive the treatment they needed to return to a normal life. But even then, a new threat loomed, legalized organ repossession.
When an organ recipient found themselves unable to pay at the end of one of the ninety day intervals, the Largo family did not hesitate to send out a Repo man to reclaim their property. Though many tried, it was impossible to escape the fate that a late payment promised. As the lower class struggled to keep their record with GeneCo clean, the Upper Class found that their money offered them a whole new world of options. Not only did they receive the life saving transplants, but they continued to replace working parts with designer hybrids.
With all these medical procedures becoming a common occurrence, GeneCo developed Zydrate, a drug that not only allowed the patients to feel no pain, but replaced it with immense pleasure. Before long there was a sub market for the drug, highly illegal, which offered an organic alternative extracted from the bodies of the dead. To this day the Lorgo family fights to keep it's dealers, grave robbers, off the streets.
In 2056 The Largo family help their annual Genetic Opera. This was one Opera that the world would remember for a very long time, as tragedy struck at the heart of the company. Rising from a deep grudge the lives of three were lost on stage that night. First Blind Meg, the company's lead Soprano after her final performance by Rotti, the head of the Largo family. He then proceeded to shoot one of his own Repo men, Nathan Wallace. Soon after Rotti's own life was claimed by an unknown disease. The audience watched, both mystified and horrified as the gun shot wound took Nathan's life.
Now, two years later, Amber Largo (formerly Sweet) has taken over GeneCo, and continues to promise a different world then what her father had created. But still the family sends out their Repo men, obsessed with the powerful image they had come to hold. We join the story of both the powerful and weak in this world, struggling just to live from day to day.
Welcome to Genetic Imperfection.
Hope to hear from you soon! Feel free to post any comments/question here.
