Appearance: I am Latino by way of El Salvador, and it shows. My appearance is all rich, rustic, earthy colors and hues. I’m thin, but curvy in the bust and hips, giving me a tirditional hourglass figure. My slight figure masks the strength of my body. I run, and take kickboxing and yoga to maintain my appearance and endurance. My heratige gives me a naturally rich mocha complexion, but I tan even darker in the summertime.
I’m not what many people would call beautiful, but I like to think myself as pretty. My hair is long and so dark brown it appears almost black until you compare it to truly black hair. It’s naturally curly, and I don’t bother to comb out the curls. It’s usually tosses together messily. My eyes are wide and dark chocolate brown, inherited from my mother, and framed with think dark lashes. My lips are nice, I guess, I don’t really pay attention.
My personal style is very straightforward. I’m very no-nonsense when it comes to makeup and clothes. Makeup is minimal; I try to use it to accent what I have, not cover up anything. To some it may appear as though I’m a messy dresser, but in truth I just prefer comfort to style. I prefer jeans and a t-shirt whenever possible, but I can dress up if the occasion calls for it. I like bright colors in my wardrobe, with lots of yellow, hot pink, and red. I try not to dress in black because it makes me feel like I’m going to a funeral.

 Everyone plays/writes their vampire's a little differently. Some are more contemporary, others more traditional. Some sparkle, some don't even need blood to survive. However you like your vampires, I have a way I like mine. Asher is a combination of traits from various television series, books, movies, myths, songs, and more that I love. This is a simple guide of traits and trivia that apply and those that don't apply to my little boy. These are subject to change as his plot progresses.
Fact
✖ Asher is not technically 'undead'. He's very much alive and growing, but he needs blood to survive and grow.
✖ Asher likes the taste of fresh blood best, but knows better than to bite others. He mainly drinks bagged blood, even if it's not as tasty. Animal blood is also acceptable for him to drink, but makes him feel sickly.
✖ Up until his teen years Asher is largely nocturnal. He sleeps during most of the day and attends classes at night. As he gets older the sun begins to bother him less and he is able to venture outside during the day.
✖ A stake through his heart will kill him. But then again, it'd kill you too if someone put a piece of wood through your heart.
✖ Silver does irritate his skin, but it won't kill him or cause any lasting damage.
✖ He does not have a reflection, nor does he appear in photographs. Ana has his portrait painted for his album.
✖ Asher's fangs work only to pierce the skin or the bag. He does not drink through them. Also his saliva contains an anti-clotting agent.
✖ He is almost three times stronger than the average human, with exceptional speed and dextarity.
Fiction
✖ He does not have a coffin.
✖ He does not sparkle. Nor does he understand the fixation with Twilight.
✖ Garlic, crosses, holy water, and churches don't bother him. In fact, he's very interested in world religions.
✖ He does not know how to create other vampires like him yet. It is unlikely he will ever learn. He is sterile.
✖ Asher cannot turn into a bat, or anything else for that matter. He also cannot fly.
✖ He does not have the ability to read minds.
Trivia
✖ Asher is named for a character from Laurell K. Hamilton's Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter series.
✖ The reason he's not name Edward is all Zige's fault. She threatened me! 8D
