Well I can never remember my dreams..but I talk in my sleep.. so I went to camp one year and the girls in my camp kept telling me in the morning that I was talking in my sleep. This didn't bother me.. but on the last three days they said I'd been talking about one of the councilors. Telling him not to leave, not to go...I didn't get it at all but then a few weeks later I got an email from one of my friends saying that the councilor got into a car accident. He didn't die but it scared the s**t out of me.

Well...this may just be coincidence, but maybe your dreams are causing you to worry about those around you and predestining a fate for them. Although, it is just circumstantial...there is no true evidence that dreams or 'sleeptalk' can actually let us see into the future. That is one of nature's greatest mysteries...what are dreams actually for? Which is why I love this topic ^_^
Anyways, I suggest trying to relax before you go to bed. Maybe drink some warm milk and think about a wonderful place or even person. Try delving into something positive. There has been some research (too lazy to Google it at the moment) but many psychologists found most participants in this study that if they thought about positive things before going to sleep, they would have a better sleep and 'bad dreams' or 'nightmares' were less likely to occur. Now...I'm not sure if this may help with you worrying...but it may help you sleep and even dream.
