• Gender: Female ( Obviously, no? xD; )
• Age: 15
• Birth date: October 14th.
Personality: Curious by heart, Soya is always willing to learn. But she also puts up a shy front, thus making her somewhat unexcited when it comes to such things. In truth, Soya loves conversation with others. But problems also come along with such. Soya is tone-deaf in her left ear. If spoken to from her left side, there is a very high chance she would not hear you. Due to this, some of the other maids have come to find her to be arrogant. But due to her shy persona, she does not have enough courage to tell them the truth. Her deafness also leads to her getting scolded many times, just pushing her more down the well of being anti-social.

 Besides her pair of feet and the clothes on her back, Soya has but one special possession that never leaves her side. It is a shard of porcelain, no bigger than the size of an infant's forefinger.
Being the only memory of her mother, Soya keeps it close to her. The small shard of what was possibly from a cup or bowl dangles on a very thin green thread inside Soya's clothing.

 Maid - This is me starting out as a maid. When I first entered the royal court, I was so surprised. But I still am! Everything is breathtaking!

Around her early teen years, the maid does chores around the palace, mostly in the living quarters. She goes to a school for young women, and knows a bit about the theoretics of performing, but does not perform. She often sits to observe the Shirabyoshi so as to learn.

As a student, the girl's role is less of a maid and more of a Shirabyoshi. The time that she once spent doing chores has largely shifted toward being spent in her education, and practicing. She is generally in her mid to late teens now.

In her early adult years now, and possibly for the rest of her life, the girl who was once a burden can finally spread her wings as a full-fledged Shirabyoshi. The hard work she put into practicing and schoolwork has finally paid off. Her life is centered around performing for the nobles and samurai. Love—and life—also blossoms at this stage, as her freedom is limited only by those who call for her performances.
**Special Stage**
● Elder Shirabyoshi
Having passed the prime of youth, the Elder Shirabyoshi still performs, but slightly less now since she is obligated to stay behind to keep an eye out for the next generation of Shirabyoshi. She is very highly skilled, however, and her legacy leaves a lasting example for all other Shirabyoshi to follow.
