Since there has been a lot of issues with cosplays, it has been deemed necessary to start keeping track of orders, as well as obtaining approval from now on to ensure there is no more than 3 cosplays at any given time ordered by 1 person, whether colorist or customer. this thread applies to everyone, No Exceptions! It includes gifts, slots, pet trades, etc. any way a custom/cosplay is obtained. This also includes if a colorist is making 1 for themself.
Please fill out the form below. Orders approved will be marked in red in the post stating approved, by who and the date. Only Anthro!Sparky and Dazza who has final say in everything. Once completed they will be struck out. You cannot apply for another cosplay until 1 of the 2 on the list are done. However this is also a limit to 3 a month per person. This is to ensure fairness to all.
Applications cannot be started in a slot or otherwise until approved here. Doing so and getting caught will be dealt with swiftly, fairly but with consequence. First offense will be banning from obtaining a cosplay by any means for a month. Repeat offenses will be handled with more severity.
Colorists must check this thread to make sure a cosplay is an approved order before starting the commission. Please do not post in here for approval until you have obtained a slot. This is to ensure no one is claiming a cosplay someone else may want without actually having a slot yet.
