 (That title totally sounds ghey.)
Eyal sighed as he finally got away from his three demanding girls. He loved them, he really did but sometimes he just needed a break. He had a antalope carcass hanging from his jaws as he padded to find a secluded spot. He would, of course, leave the most tender meat for Siku and his cubs. He didn't know why she added into the equation but it was something he'd been doing lately for her.
He sighed as he dropped his meal and lifted his head. Wait a minute. A male. He narrowed his eyes and walked forward after catching sight of the male in the distance and lets out a roar of challenge.
A pause. Wait... He squints and pads forward a few paces. Kingu?
"KINGU!" He calls with friendlier look then normal. He hadn't seen the sage in sometime.

His mind was occupied, that was for sure. Tziporah was... Different from every lioness he'd met. She kept telling him to 'relax,' to do things he wouldn't normally... She'd convinced him a few times, too. Now, in hindsight, he realized... He'd been seduced.
His ears flicked, bright brown spots amid his deep, chocolate mane. Somebody was calling him... But who? It wasn't Tziporah... Or Mut... Rajua wouldn't call him.. Paki couldn't even SEE him... Looking around, brown eyes soon landed on a familiar golden form. "Eyal!" Turning from his wandering course, he hurried to his friend. "Eyal, you old devil, what have you been up to?" He grinned wide, happy to see a familiar face.

Eyal gave as much of a smile as his stature would allow and puffed himself up. "I brought cubs back to the pride!" He informed proudly. "Three girls..." He seemed a little less thrilled at this part but still a happy parent none the less. They'd really worked to soften his stone heart.
He takes a good look at his friend then drags out his kill to him. "Here. I'm sure you haven't eaten for a while. How did you fair with your riddle and your quest? Did you find what you were seeking?"

"Oh-ho, so you've been busy!" Sitting near his friend, the sage couldn't help but smile, elbowing Eyal just a bit. He paused, glancing back towards his travel party. So had he... "I've done well on my quest. I've found at least four adult lions and two juvenile to bring home to the pride." And an unknown number of cubs...
Looking at the kill, Kingu smiled. "No thank you... A couple of the lionesses in my travel party can actually hunt... Which is a godsend..." And as far as he'd seen, Mut was teaching Aveil and Huan how to hunt... There'd at least be no hungry mouths. He flicked his ear, thinking a moment. "We'll be leaving the area soon... Maybe I can take your daughters with me? I'm sure they'll have fun playing with all the other cubs." He hadn't even noticed his tongue slip.

Eyal snorted ever so slightly. "Well I'm glad you were able to locate more lions. The pride is well on its way. I've also brought..." He puts his ears back ever so slightly. "A female... Siku with me. The one who healed my wounds when we met out in the plains." He gets a look in his eyes as he says her name and shakes his mane. He cared for her a great deal.
He chuckles and nods. "I can imagine..." He says offhandedly, his female didn't know a thing about hunting. He was going to have to change that. Or find a female that could teach her. He pauses then looks over, eyebrows raised. "Cubs?" He asks with a slight smirk. "No, I'm I'd like to keep my cubs with me. I'm teaching them along the way."

Watching Eyal, Kingu couldn't help but smile. "You like her... Are you growing soft, or are you simply settling with one girl?" His ears flicked, listening for any signs of either party. If they had met up... Then both travel groups were certainly close together.
Realizing his slip, Kingu turned a slight shade of pink. "Ah, one of the lionesses, Tziporah... She, um..." How did he explain she'd cajoled him into a night in a cave? "She's... Expecting cubs..." He was leaving out the detail that they were HIS cubs... But he was sure Eyal would catch the hint. Coughing, his ears vanished into his mane. "Perhaps when we all arrive at the end of this long journey, you can teach any boys w- Tziporah has... And she can teach the girls to hunt..." She was certainly an excelent huntress.

Eyal let out a deep growl in his throat. "Neither. She just followed along. I couldn't very well leave her there." He snorts and draws his claws through the dirt. It was nothing like that!
His sharp mind didn't miss a beat and his equally sharp eyes landed on the other male. Ah ha. "I see... I'm always ready to train new warriors in the skills of fighting. Perhaps she can teach the female with me a thing or two. She doesn't know how to fend for herself at all." He said gruffly licking at his paw with disdain. "I'm going to teach her to fight as well."
