•Crew can delete posts, delete topics, post stickies, post announcements, edit posts, lock/unlock topics, invite users to the guild, accept join requests to the guild, and ban users from the guild.
•The Captain and Vice Captain can do everything Crew can do in addition to being able to edit the guild settings, edit the front page of the guild, promote users, and transfer guild ownership.
• Crew's Job •
-Since you're able to delete posts and topics, it is your job as crew to check the threads of guildies for any violation of the guild rules, Gaia's rules or any unwanted spam.
-Inviting users to the guild is also a nice part that crew members can do, so look out for any promising peoples on your role playing in BT, but make sure you kind of know them! Sending random requests can be annoying sometimes and inviting someone you don't know might be a bit... bleh. I mean, s/he could be a real jerk or just one of those people that join a guild to spam-a-lot and then leave. As well as accepting requests, make sure to look at their profiles and whatnot before accepting.
-Banning users! Users that have broken the rules repeatedly, those of the guild's and Gaia's, should be reported/banned. Only if they're serious rules, that is, and after a good many PMs that they still don't get.
-Posting stickies and announcements! Don't abuse that power by sticking your role play or some lame thread (only Shiva can do the lame xP). Stickers are for important threads, events or voting polls that have to do with the guild. Announcements are for, well, announcements and rules of the forums. You're free to post any of those, I would even like it if you did, because I'm getting tired of seeing the author "GF-Shiva". I mean, come on woman, get a life!
• Vice Captain's Job •
-If you're a Vice Captain, you're someone who seems to be trustworthy of the Guild Home Page, promoting users to Crew and even the ownership of the guild itself! (Yeah, so, don't kick me from Captain or I'll seriously kill you.)
-Your job is the same as the Crew, but also the same as the Captain's. Checking the Guild Home so it is pretty, the forums and threads that they are following the rules, buying the correct subforums, promoting the right users and if Shiva ever tires of the guild and decides to move on, you may become the Captain.
