For those wanting yummy healthy, clean food go to Balagan Cafe. A new Israeli-Moroccan cafe that is opening up at Knights Arena. The food is fully Kasher (and as a result fully Halal.), certified by a mashgiach, and not expensive like the other Middle Eastern food places in orlando (7.99 for a falafel sandwich without tahina and it doesn't even taste good at Pita Pit.). Nor will any body be called an Israeli pig, Zoinist terrorist or Jewish ape. The restaurant will have the full endorsement of the Greater Orlando Board of Rabbis and the Orthodox Rabbinical Board of South Florida.

Some of the items on the menu will be falafel, shawarma, schnitzel, kabab, pargeyot (young chicken), shakshoka, houmus, tahina, Israeli salad, eggplant salad, and cabbage salad (not coleslaw). There will also be veggie burgers, hotdogs, and hambugers for those that are scared to try ethnic food.

Sorry Cory, no couscous or tabouli.

If there is music playing there, it is possible that is will most likely be Israeli, Moroccan, and Mizrachi music (Hopefully Samir Shukri, Sarit Hadad, Sfyataim, Haiim Moshe, and so forth.)

The owner and maneger are both Israeli.

Laters.

P.S. Balagan is a Israeli hebrew slang for chaos, "Everything is in the air." , "Great! Trouble!" and/or trouble
