Personality : Help Desk is an obsessive cleaner. When he sees something wrong, be it a messy nest or a gaping wound, his first instinct is to clean it up. The problem is, he's not a very socially aware bird; if another pidge's feathers are out of alignment, he'll start preening them without even saying hello. It just never occurs to him as inappropriate. So it was a natural decision to enter a profession where people come to you wanting you to fix them.
