This is a Mondo Roll from one of my favorite sushi restaurants.
It consists of fried ebi (shrimp) lettuce, mayo, nori (seaweed) rice and rice balls.
I'd love to know the name of those little balls on the outside.
These are not on the menu so you have to know about them to order. They're simply delicious.
