Mikuo, though the type who looked like he would be into romantic legends and superstitions, surprisingly did not believe in them, especially the one about intertwined destinies due to meeting a certain number of times. "Such a silly story, I wonder why Minoru likes it so much?" Mikuo thought aloud, petting the small bundle in his arms. Earlier, he had been asked by his younger brother to get a book he had ordered from the bookstore (he had been hospitalized with a broken arm the day before, and had been unable to get the book himself) so taking his small pet, he went, not forgetting the dangers of going out. As he flipped through the book on his way back, it reminded him just how much he actually disliked it all. Maybe he should have paid attention to where he was going though, since one moment, he felt the ground under his feet, and the next he had fell, having bumped into...something. "Ah! That hurts." He whimpered, rubbing his sore bottom from where he had fell.

That particular day, Fuyuki had wandered quite a way off his usual course when he took a walk around Harajuku. His footsteps had brought him to alleys away from the loudness of the main-streets but crowded with all sort of people nontheless. His intuition caught all kind ofvibes and so he either walked slowly at some parts or almost ran on others, feeling the presence of someone potentially harmful towards him -or at least feeling thisin the way Mocha moved and acted. She was his link to the outside world, Fuyuki knew, without her, he was lost. Lost in a world of darkness...
He had lost himself in his thoughts when, apparently, someone bumped onto him. Losing his grip on Mocha's harness, falling a small distance away, he felt another grip, that of fear, clench his own heart. It hapenned every time, every time something like this would take place. Uttering a small sound, he pushed up to his knees, then all four and turned his head around, trying to listen the best he could so he would see if the other made some move against him or anything. After all, all sorts of thugs and perverts hung around the back streets. What was he honestly thinking, coming here...? He couldn't tell himself, but he looked frightenned, terrified almost...

Mikuo looked up, wondering who he had run into, and saw a boy, looking quite frightened. "I--i'm sorry, are you okay?" He asked quietly, trying to get a bit nearer, thinking he had hurt the child. He looked over at the boys dog, well, it seemed to be okay, he watched Ferus go over to the dog, curious to what it was. He turned his attention back to the child. "M-may I come over? I--i won't do anything." He knew the sort that ran around these alleyways, he didn't want the bo to think he was one of them.

Fuyuki pulled both arms up, over his chest as if to protect himself from an invisible threat. He tilted his head to the side, blonde strands falling across his face, trying to decide on his answer. The other;s voice was quite honest, plus a person with ill intentions wouldn't have asked, would he? "Y-Yeah..." Fuyuki mumbled from under his breath, agreeing to the other's suggestion of allowing him to approach him. He was quite unsure and this was quite obvious by his tone, however he did want to trust the other person, so he tried to stay calm. It was quite scary though... not being able to defend yourself when needed. Even so he had already lived this far with it, he could manage, he thought so at least.

When Mikuo approached, and cautiously checked the boy over, he felt even worse. 'He's...blind.' He had run into a blind child, and possibly hurt him, he knew not to pity the boy over his lack of sight though, this not being the first time something like this had happened, so he settled with getting the boy to his feet, dusting off his clothes. "Your okay, i'm Sorry for bumping into you." He apologized, a tint of pink gracing his cheeks.

Fuyuki smiled gently at the other person as he apologized and shook his head. "There's no reason to apologize, really..." he said as he reached one hand in front of him to find Mocha's harness. The dog simply walked to him recognizing the gesture. Once his fingers had a tight grip on the harness again he felt relieved. In a place that he knew he didn't really have to fear that much but in places where he rarely visited, or outdoors, her presence was vital to him.
"I'm sorry for upsetting you, sir." Fuyuki mumbled making a small bow in the other's direction. "I really did not intend to."

"It's not your fault, but really, we should go." Some minutes ago Mikuo had felt the presence of enemies, or, ferus had,he could see the little creature growling at something around the corner. He helped the boy up, walking away just he saw Ferus attack the creature. He didn't want the boy to be harmed, but it wasn't like the child knew they were there. 'Or did he?' Mikuo wondered, leading Fuyuki off.

Fuyuki nodded, a chill rushing down his spine as if someone was looking at him intensly. He sighed. "I was just heading home... I..." he trailled off. He was uneasy, bumping into strangers like that all the time. It felt strange, really. Strangely at least. A faint sound from Moacha's throat made him snap out of it. It wasn't a growl and other people had to be waiting for it to hear it but Fuyuki heard it as it was meant for him after all and also knew what it was, a warning. Something was hapenning or was going to happen soon nearby and Mocha had either heard or smelled it comming. Whichever it was Fuyuki didn't want to be around when it would happen.
"We should go." he finally agreed and started walking. Then he stoped, suddently remembering. Heading home...? He almost panicked.
"T-The time!" he stuttered. "What's the time!?"

Mikuo didn't answer until they were a safe distance away from the alley, and when Ferus returned. The time, crap, Mikuo didn't have a watch. "I'm not sure, it's dark though." He figured it worried the other because his parents were probably strict, and he had been out past curfew. "I can take you home, where do you live?"

Fuyuki let Mocha's harness go with one of his hands and searched around in his pocket. His fingers finding the one card he was looking for -knowing that by swiftly tracing the Braille code written typed on it he passed it to Mikuo.
"No, not home. I have to get to Eastern Shinjuku, I was supposed to be giving a concert today." he blushed and lowered his head. "I appear to have forgotten." he sighed. "C-Could you please take me there, I'm sorry for all the trouble, really." he felt terrible for impossing like this...

"You can stay listen to the concert if you like. I don't know what else to do to repay you." he frowned. "I'm sorry." he repeated. After all it was his own fault for taking a walk and being late. And now he was about to drag an innocent stranger into his own mess. No, this didn;t feel quite right. Fuyuki sighed, nervously tightening his hold on Mocha's harness.

Mikuo only smiled, and took Fuyukis hand. "It's okay, and there's no need to repay me, I'll stay with you though, and help you home when the concerts over." Normally, people wouldn't go so far to help, but Minoru had always said Mikuo was too nice a person. He felt Hika jump onto his shoulder as he walked in the direction of Eastern Shinjuku

"Lee will be there..." Fuyuki mumbled, "And my sister will pick me up." he sighed and clenched Mikuo's hand a little bit tighter to feel more secure. "But I do appreciate the concern." he smiled. It would seem that kind people did exist, still, it made him happy to know that he happenned to meet such a person. It seemed to be hapenning a lot as of lately. Maybe he was... maybe he was really lucky a person. He was attracting so good people around him. People that gave a damn if one was to live or die. He felt like he could see through it sometimes, life being the matter at hand, some other times it almost felt like he would be better off sleeping, slumbering eternally somewhere in the back of his mind.

Mikuo was happy that Fuyuki did have people who would be there, but he was still concerned. About ten minutes later Mikuo heard his cell phone, looking at the number, he nearly froze on the spot; He had forgotten about his brother. He looked between Fuyuki and the ringing cell phone, not sure what to do, he finally came to a decision a minute later. "Fuyuki, do you mind if we make a quick stop?"
PostPosted: Sat Mar 14, 2009 2:26 pm

Fuyuki shook his head to show that he didn't mind. After all his own turn to play was quite late so even by delay he believed they could make it. "I don't mind." he voiced it as well to make sure the other understood since he was unsure of the direction the other was currently facing, unable to tell without reaching out to touch him, which would surely be quite awkward since the other was basically but a stranger. A kind stranger maybe, but stranger nontheless.

"Where are we going to make a stop at?" he questioned right after. He was just a little cautious even though he was sure there was no need to be. He was almost never wrong about people then again all he knew about this stranger was his voice and the fact that his hands were a little bit rough, gentle but rough upon touch. It made him wonder if Mikuo was into pottery or some art form of the sort...
