Please need advice for drawing the interior of an early 1700s ballet room. like a place where nobles during Louis XIV's reign would practice

I think you should start with a few architecture and art history books. They tend to have extensive chapters on the Rococo and Enlightenment periods that are full of photographs and illustrations.

I do believe full sheets of mirrors were available, however - at a hefty price. But if you're planning on doing something that is from the Palace at Varsailles, I don't really think you have much to worry about.
