For what it is, it could be a lot worse. They're going for a more urban version of the original series' Piccolo saga, which is alright, I suppose. Did they redo Piccolo? He looks more green.

Personally I think Dragonball and all other offshoots of the series is some of the worst anime there has ever been. Because of this I'll go see this movie just so I can MST3K it and listen to the cries of DBZ fans everywhere.
Now they need to make a live action b*****d! movie.
