I think it's stuff you can do with your character that's the most fun. I, and a number of other people, have an Animated account (a mule with an Animated name and cosplay avatar; in my case it's Carrion Flower Fluff out of Bass'ken Lake). It's great fun to run around the world and confuse people, especially with the /me command. We have someone called "A Landshark" and he said /me has appeared in the Village Greens. Run for your life!
It was great. I get into frequent arguments with the Mother Fluff; she says CFF smells and it doesn't! Or, well, maybe a little.
With the same group of people (Me, Queen Lorelei, Lorelei's Defenders, Sand Fluff, An Outlaw Wolf, and A Landshark), we attempted to do the Blood Tree quest. Queenie was CL 10.0, Wolf was 9.8, and Landshark was 9.0. The rest of us were around 3.5 (me and Defenders) or below (Sandy). If you've never tried to do that quest... you get dazed. A lot. Those of us who were lower kept going "AUGH TINY WITCH DOCTOR RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!" -dazed-
(That was when we were able to still trade rings. Now we're all around 2.0 because we can't use our awesome main account rings.)
If you haven't played zOMG! yet, you should. It's great fun, and regardless of what some people will say, forming crews can be downright hilarious.
Best moment ever (that I experienced) was a conversation one other person and I had in Norwegian over the area chat. Nobody else on spoke the language, and there were some pretty awesome guesses as to what we were saying. None were even near correct.

LOL nice ~ actually Carrion Fluff... I think I seen that name (other than the animated) and I think I ran right passed and you said that and I told you to get a life LOL sorry.

xD If I was on that account, I was likely in a crew and therefore only looking at the crew chat pane. Though I'll have to go on it more often eventually so that I can get the rings past 2.0.

So if you've ever had the stuck in the Null glitch, you'll know what I'm talking about. Our crew of six was farming Tiny Terrors for orbs when some dimglow drags four Masks onto our screen. FOUR! Needless to say, the lag of ten TTs, four Masks, and desperate attempts to spam attacks and stay alive got all of us dazed. So we went to the Null... and all six of us had the glitch.
And then earlier today, again in Otami, again farming Masks (still no quest Jewel Eye, but I did pick up an Otami Jewelry recipe, and when I get the Eye that's a 50k profit right there), we managed to tear a hole in the space-time continuum. Parts of the screen disappeared, replaced by a solid gray and lined with white, rather like a rip. It was pretty awesome.
We also saw seven (we counted) people at CL 3 or below asking to be escorted around Blood Tree or, best of all, helped with the Stone Coatl.
I'm 8.0 now, too. Made me so happy to see that number in the corner of my screen.

me too!
it's the most annoying thing ever.
I've also had it where my avatar disappered but there's no shadow so i had no idea where my avi was and i got attacked (which should have told me were i was but it revealed nothing) and when i died i went to the null chamber and was still not there.
and i couldn't click anything.
