I'll consume perfectly good, healthy foods during the day, and loads of green tea and water, maybe a chocolate two, only to be dismayed when late at night [it's eleven PM] I am starving.
I have a hard time falling asleep, and I am more productive in the later hours, but this seems to be one of the roots to my weight issue. ._.
And generally, it's just bread. I'll munch on some jhalla [fluffy Jewish bread, might have slaughtered the spelling] or half a bagel, or Pocky.
It's driving me insane, I need to stop! Also, does anyone know as to why breakfast makes me ill?"If your stomach feels weak my work here is DONE."

Decorus Lies: What are the "perfectly good, healthy foods" you eat during the day, and around what times are you eating them? Therein may lie the problem.

maybe the foods you're eating during the day arent filling enough? Sometimes if i still feel hungry at night i have a cup of tea (and sometimes a ginger nut if my calories allow for it ^_^) and then go to bed. Its warming, makes me sleepy ^_^

Maybe your body craves what it needs and you are lacking grains or carbs.
