Topic Equals Concerts.
What was the last concert you've been to?
What was the best concert you've been to?
What was the worst concert you've been to?
What concert are you most looking forward to?
I've been to a few,
I've seen (in this order) Skynyrd, Rasputina, Queens Of The Stone Age.
The Queens show was by far the best. It was a 18 and older show with limited minor tickets.
Being 18 I was the smallest guy in the pit but I stayed in there for about an hour.
The Concert I'm most looking forward to is Queens Of The Stone Age opening up for Nine Inch Nails.
The show is November second and I have two front row dead center tickets.

What was the last concert you've been to? Last concert ive been to would have to be Santana featuring Robert Randolph and the Family Band. A pretty good show, but I was a bit disappointed in how Carlos Santana slurred alot of his playing together. He had to either be tired, getting too old or just down right baked. lol
What was the best concert you've been to? Best concert would have to be the first Smashing Pumpkins concert I went to, (forgot the actual date) but man.. that was a great show. The band was full of energy and the crowd seemed to be very responsive (no matter what an episode of the simpsons would have you believe mrgreen )

What was the worst concert you've been to? Puddle of Mudd. I know I know, the band name itself should be enough as to why is sucked so badly.. but it was a free show down on the strand for Mardi Gras and my gf loves alot of their stuff. Let's just say, that vocalist utilizes "studio magic" to the fullest.. and the guitarist acted almost like it was his first time ever playing their songs. Course, im just a perfectionist when it comes to live shows. lol
What concert are you most looking forward to? Can't really think of anything at the moment. I suppose the first gig-performance of my next band (that is if i ever get off my arse and actually put any effort into such a thing.)
Among other performances ive been to that I didnt include: - Marilyn Manson - Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - Audioslave - Zwan - Foo Fighters - Tokyo Space Cadets - System of a Down - Tsunami Bomb (list goes on.. I just too lazy to write anymore down right now.) smile

The show is November second and I have two front row dead center tickets. The last show i went to was my friend scotts ska band, Quizzymotto and the hunch, it was a pritty good show, they play well. Best one i have been to would have to be Flogging Molly at the warped tour, my god, that was grate, so much energy...it was just a blast.. Worst one i have been to would have to be this one local scremo band...They dident even play well together as a band, it sounded liek 4 diffrent people doing 4 diffrent things...it blew... The one im looking most forword to is my guitar teachers band Forwordhead, opening for anthrax in VA...got to find a ride down to that one...

What was the last concert you've been to? The Used / Alexisonfire It was a good learning experience... To say the least. My friend and I chugged the equivalent of a Mickey of vodka before we wwent in. And my system didn't take it so well. I could barely stand up during the first act, and we were standing in my puddles of puke. But, I got over the alcohol poisoning (I barfed it all out) before The Used came on, and it was an awsome performance.
Just don't drink a shitload of alcohol before concerts. They're better sober anyways.
What was the best concert you've been to? Warped Tour '05 (if that counts) I got to see many of my favorite bands, as well as make some new favorite ones. My favorite act of the day was also the last one, which was Avenged Sevenfold. They basically kicked major a**, and my shoe tore apart after their 2nd song, but there was no way that was going to stop me from moshing. By the end of it, my foot was bleeding and the skin was peeling off it, but it was ******** awsome.
What was the worst concert you've been to? Sum 41 (BIG SURPRISE) Um, I was smashed in the middle of a bunch of shirtless 30 year olds, who were soaked in sweat, and everyone of them had a joint. And the sound wasn't hooked up properly, so we could barely hear the band, and everyone around me was taller then me by at least one foot. But, it was a free show (the main reason that I went, seeing as I don't really like Sum 41)
What concert are you most looking forward to? Avenged Sevenfold, November 22nd, MacEwan Hall ballroom, standing room only.
Otherwise known as: Mosh pit of pure awsomeness with Nomel in it.

Nazgob Kyrenx - Man, I would have killed to see the pumkins live. But I didnt get the chance before they broke up into solo and side projects. Well.. there is word of a Smashing Pumpkins reunion in february of next year. Sort of a hush hush sort of thing and according to Jimmy Chamberlain, a new album will be underway as well. There aren't too many details about it... but as things sound.. you may be able to get your chance.. I just hope they don't ruin the rock legend that they have become.

I just hope everything goes smoothly so this actually does happen. 3nodding

A friend of mine went to see greenday,
she said the sight of a packed out staduim of middle aged white males and females all trowing fists in the air singing "I want to be the manority" was awsome.
Raven how was AFI?
I've wanted to see them, just never got around to it.
