Munich was so very confused… and he really didn’t need to be. His life wasn’t at all complicated or hard and his troubles were not large by any means, he just felt very oddly about this female he had run into. She was stunning and smart and apart of him hated that, he hated that because he now felt something for her that he felt he shouldn’t. He would never find love, he knew it deep down. He was wandering into unknown lands now, unaware of this the male trotted on, sighing deeply to himself as he moved. In the distance he awaited, his eyes stalked the new comer as he made his way into view. The masked male smirked to himself as he snarled under his breath, his claws steered and ready. He could taste it, the hunt calling out to him as this tiny male-stopped dead in his tracks. Had he seen him? Kadaj couldn’t and wouldn’t risk it and within seconds he jumped up from his hiding place and ran right at Munich with full force. Munich’s body hit the ground roughly as Kadaj snarled and clawed at his face, pinning him down by the neck; there he held him, tightly. “Oh my, oh me… what do we have here?” As Kadaj spoke he pressed down harder and bore his fangs in rage. Munich only gasped under the pressure. What had just happened?!

She had only turned away for moments to get a drink from the passing waterhole before the male had disappeared on her. Blue eyes blinked, did he not notice her stop...? Frowning, the female lifted her head, craning her neck to scan the area. She couldn't see him off in the distance or anything. The next best thing was her nose.
She sniffed the air. It was there she caught the scent lingering, and followed it to the source. Little did she know that it wasn't the best idea.
Before her eyes, a lion was attacking Munich! At least...she thought it was a lion. It wore a strange mask, that of a preybeast. A snarl rose to her maw.
"Get away from him!" She growled, tail thrashing, but not moving from her spot just yet. She waited, and launch for the male if he continued his assault.
If there was one thing she learned living with five other siblings was how to fight for what she wanted.

Munich's eyes flashed at the female as he snarled and held the other male down with both paws; he put weight on him as if to just test how far she would let him go before stepping in.
"What's this now? Your mate not strong enough to fight me off? Needs a female to do it?"
He chuckled and showed his fangs.
From under him Munich wallowed, trying his best to claw at the male above... but it was kind of hard, he was being chocked after all!

Keaira didn’t know much about Munich’s fighting skills as this other had put it, but what she did know was he really needed help. Her lip rose in another snarl to show /her/ fangs to the assaulting male. “I told you once, get away from him,” she sneered, “and I won’t tell you again!”
And she didn’t. Without another word, the female lunged for the male. Her smaller size made her quick. If Kadaj looked straight at her, he would see her bright blue eyes streaked with fury.

Kadaj's smirk only grew wise as he flashed his fangs at the female and pulled himself from the male. His masked face seemed only to mock the both of them as he turned from her attack and stood far from the two, his body still in a rather battle driven mod. "You waste time with meat like him." He laughed, chuckling. "Males that let females fight for them are worth little, if anything."
At his words Munich winced and looked away from them, he felt so small. Why was she doing this? Why protect him? He didn't understand. His body slowly lifted as he stood beside her and frowned, a slight limp in his left paw. "...." He wanted to fight back with words, but knew nothing good would come of it.

“I am not wasting my time. He is a friend of mine. Friends are suppose to help each other in a time of need,” the female sneered. It was a rather…intriguing happy-go-lucky speech, except for the situation before hand. Then, a little witty comment came into her mind. “Males who fight while the other is down is nothing but a pig.” Her bright blue eyes she had acquired from her mother flashed dangerously, taking a step in front of Munich. He was obvious in no condition to fight, not that Keaira would let him to begin with.

Kadaj smirked once more, his claws drawn and ready for contact. He circled the two and chimed, his tone low, his voice husky. "Perhaps I am a pig, but what would that make him? My slop?" He snickered and stopped infront of them, his skull mask coving his own pale eyes. "Tell me, female, are you willing to bleed for this... 'friend'; are you willing to fight to the death?" At his words Munich snarled and pushed himself forward some, swearing under his snarl. He wouldn't let anyone bring any harm to her! He... couldn't let her fight his battles. "Shut up." He spat, his green eyes a blaze. "You won't dare..."

Was that truly a question this male asked? Would she bleed to protect a lion she had only met once. Of course she would! If there was one thing she had admired most about her mother was her strong will. Keaira hoped one day she too would be like Syeira. Why not have her start now? She growled, lifting her lip in a snarl. “Does /that/ answer your question?”
Her claws unsheathed, digging into the hard dirt below. “Let’s see if your blood matches my pelt.” She didn’t wait any longer. She would lunge, and knock that pretty little mask off his face. Only real lions fight with their face shown. This male just showed he was a coward in wearing it.

At her attack Kadaj let out a snarl and lifted a paw, clawing at her as she made a move at him. His eyes filled with a wild anger he lowered all of his weight into his paw and punched, his claws gracing the stop part of her shoulder before she was able to put him back; though his mask didn't budge. "Perfect!" He giggled madly, twisting himself from her again, snarling, laughing. He was mad, out of his mind.
Munich dashed right behind her as she moved, he couldn't risk her being harmed! (Though she was a lot better at this than he was...) He still felt he owed it to her and to his pride to at lease... try. He stumbled back as the two made contact. At the other male's actions Munich hissed and bore his fangs. "Don't!" He stopped at her side and gazed at her. "You don't need to do this, please, let's just go..."

This lion was crazy. The little giddy laugh he did when he spoke the words ‘perfect’ sent shivers down the female’s spine. When a paw connected with her, she roared, eyes narrowing. She wouldn’t give up that easily. She took one of her small paws, slinging it to hit the male’s neck. She knew when the mask didn’t budge, it would be futile to attempt to hit the face.
She was about to strike again, when Munich’s voice reached her. She gave him a slightly strange look, before nodding, glaring at Kadaj. Her bright blue eyes said it all, ‘come near me or him again and I’ll kill you myself.’ She nudged Munich slightly, not turning her back on the male. “Okay. Let’s go.”

Kadaj smirked and cooed as blood ran from his neck, it felt so good to feel pain, it really did. With a wide smirk he spoke out. "Yes, run along, run far away. Just because I let you go now, doesn't mean you are safe next time."
Munich snarled again and stood beside her, motioning for her to move ahead of him so he could watch her back. "Come on..."

She’d moved forward, getting enough ahead of Munich before turning herself around so he could move away from the male. Once at a safe distance would they both turn there backs on the crazed skull wearing masked male. She turned her head towards Munich, “do I even want to know how you ended up in that situation with that lion?” Kea asked slowly, bringing a paw to her maw to clean herself.
She turned her attention to his wounds before frowning. She moved closer to Munich, beginning to clean his wounds as well.
