Nessie has finally stopped growing at the age of seventeen and it seems as though all is at ease with the Cullens, Quiluttes, Humans, and the Volturi. But something strange is going on in Forks, Washington. The second daughter of Angela Weber has gone missing and is soon pronounced dead. The only clue as to what happened are eight bite marks on her neck. Turns out, a new vampiress menace is making a scene in Forks with a coven of her own. The Volturi blame the Cullens. The Cullens try to stop the young coven. But their not going down without a fight.
