Starting Out
Each player will roll 2d10 to start out. This will determine the square you start on within the map.
*edit* Vahyla has done this to make sure no one has to wait to start searching the map for their location. =P
Moving - Rounds
Each player may move once per round. To move, the player rolls 1d8. The number that is rolled is how many squares may be moved. Moving may only be done in a left/right/up/down fashion, no diagonals.
You do not have to move the entire number of squares on your turn. If you choose to stop early to search a particular square, that is the end of your turn, regardless of how many spaces you may have had left.
At the fastest, rounds will be once an hour. If no one is here, you may roll and do your moving once. Then you will need to wait until we moderate your moves before rolling and moving again.
Searching a Square
To search a square, you must be able to reach it on your current turn. Once on that square, you must post a descriptive snippet about how or what you are doing to search the square.
Example: Evodra walked to the square by the windmill (using 4 moves out of 6 rolled) and examined the grass around its base. It was very overgrown and there might be something hidden within all the tangles.
