Gaia Profiles Beta Features

You can access your beta profile by clicking on Profile>>Edit Profile.
User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

Click on the hyperlink to take you to your beta profile.

You will see this screen with several options that you can look at and change.

Profile
This option will allow you to put a quote in your beta profile.

Details
This option will allow you to change your profile information.

About
This option will allow you to write in a few tidbits about yourself that you would like others to see.

Comments
This will allow you to select whether you would like anyone, friends, or no one to comment on your new beta profile.

Friends
This option will allow you to choose if you would like others, just friends, or no one to see who is on your friendlist.

Multimedia
This will allow you to put a small flash (swf) file otr other filetype for viewing.

Signature
This will allow you to edit your signature. However, this section is not working yet, if you want to make changes to your sig, you will have to do it the "old" way--through Profile>>Edit Options.

Wishlist
This option will show what items you want and are questing for. The next post is a tutorial on how to access and add/delete items on your wishlist.

How to Use Your Wishlist

How to Add Items to your Wishlist:

1. Click on anyone's profile.
User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

2. Click on the link to their beta profile.

3. Click on the item that you want/questing for. You can click on an item from the section showing what the avatar is wearing, or from their own wishlist. User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

4. Click "Add to Wishlist." You can even click a link to check the Marketplace for current items in the vend.

5. You can confirm that this is the item you want to put in your wishlist. You can also choose whether to show publicly that you want the item. You may also show the status of the item (questing, wanted, bought or donated). When you are finished, click "Submit."

6. Congrats! Now it is on your wishlist! When you decide to, you can also check the "delete" button, then hit the "submit" button to remove the item from your wishlist.
