Over a year ago, I created a role play in which elements were forced to fight each other. There were alliances, deaths, verbal skirmishes, people getting mad, and so on. Now, I think that the whole guild would profit were I to remake the map I created for that Rp.

Many times, locations are necessary in a role play to help a writer. Thus, if the new map I am to make were accepted as the official "Elements Realm" map, I think it would be very helpful to us all. But I need you to guys to help.

Of course, I am only the master of one element, not the entire collection. Thus, if masters could step forward to describe what kind of land features, cities, anything else a map has for their specific element, I would be greatly appreciated. Also, I think it would be very awesome if people could decide on a name for their lands. It gets very annoying just saying "The Water Kingdom" or the "Wind Nation" without being able to say a name.

If you are having a hard time thinking of anything, no problem! I certainly can make a very well-developed map on my own. The only thing I will mandate is that elements that are in the same sub-forum will more than likely share borders or be in close proximity with each other.

I really hope I'll make everyone happy by the creation of this map and I want you to know that nothing is set in stone. If there's any disagreement with anything I do, you are more than welcome to open a discussion with me. Thanks for reading and don't forget to put in your thoughts!

P.S.
I will do both a political map and a geographic map of each element. The political map of the entire Elements Realm should be done by next week, and the individual geographic maps may be finished before 2009.

Names of Countries and Location of Capitals

Names and Number of Cities, Towns, and Locations
(Descriptions of Locations/Towns/Cities as Well Would Be Lovely)

Favonius? That's totally a city name.

@Nibi: You have your own island, but you don't get ALL of that stuff. It's not geographically correct to have all of that considering your location on the map. I think I have a good idea that you'll like though.

@Sumi: Just think of your country being a north pole version of Antartica. It's probably the biggest land but I mean come on, arctic tundras aren't exactly the most inhabitable thing... Plus, you share a territory with the light element.

@Massaquerade: I suspsected you'd want a big desert so your land represents that. I was wondering if I could have like a city of ruins kind of thing. Aquain was all "lets explore" for a bit so I thought it would be befitting. Besides ruins and rock formations, did you want ANY towns/cities above ground?

@Silent: Your land is a group of islands too, north of the lightning element. I'll be able to show you guys all of this soon as my scanner is up and running again.

@Everyone: Thanks for your input so far. I haven't started the individual maps yet but when I do, they should look awesome. By the way, because of the mood I'm in, I think I'm going to attempt both 2D maps and a 3D one that looks at the territory from a diagnol view. The 3D will be MUCH later of course but it would still be awesome were it to work.
