Max was let out by himself to play. While he loved his human owner his curiosity had him always longing to go outside and explore. Today Vicky finally gave him that freedom. They were at a park, the weather was nice despite it being Fall right now. The trees had multi-colored leaves all shades of reds, purples, yellows, oranges and browns. Grass underfoot was still green. The sun shined above in the sky.

Vicky was having a picnic by herself and simply told her Furby not to get lost and to have fun.

Max was walking to the tops of little hills and looking with wide eyed amazement at the world around him. He could see a stream, a flower field next to the grassy area Vicky was eating in. A forest in the back of the park. He was kind of lonely, adventure didn't seem fun without a friend. He wondered if he'd meet someone new today to play with.

"Oh, feel welcome to join! I was just letting my Furby run off some energy. He's been full of energy lately and he kept getting sad when he looks out a window so finally I decided to let him go see the world. Max is off that way." She points over to the top of a hill where the Furby baby in question was standing.

"Max! Come see!" She encouraged, smiling fondly at Penelope and her baby Seth. It was great seeing some Furby babies got to stay with their mothers. "That's so cute!"

Little spotted ears twitched at the sound of his name. Max turned around and looked. He rolled headfirst down the hill playfully, giggling at Vicky's startled look when he landed on his feet at the bottom. After a moment of dizziness he waddled over and looked curiously at Seth who seemed just his age. Thinking the baby Furby was trying to hide beside his mother he announced. "I see you!" He wanted Seth to come and play! "Who you?" He asked the two.

"Again, I don't mind at all! Plenty of space on the picnic blanket!" Vicky welcomed, sweeping a hand on the blanket she was sitting on in a welcoming gesture. She smiled scooching over to make sure they had room, sitting next to Favulous. She opened her basket and tried to organize the food within. She wanted to separate Furby food from human food, she had brought healthy fruits and veggies with juice for her Furby while she had a few sweeter snacks.

Max looked up at the approaching human, noticing two more Furbys she was carrying with her. He waited expectantly, hoping to get the chance to meet them as well. He wanted to play and the more Furbys around the more fun! His ears perked straight up, eyes hopeful. Humans were tall, he needed her to join them and let her Furbys out of the thing she was carrying them in first before he could talk to them.

Zak smiled back, "Thankies," She replied with a small giggle and found a spot on the blanket to sit. Though before she sat down she pulled the backpack off of her back, sitting it in her lap she pulled out her small Kel first, followed by her father Gregory. There was defiantly a similarity between the two, with their colors and spots.

Kel stayed near her father just as shy as Seth seemed to be. Gregory then spoke to his daughter. "Won't you go play with the others little Kel?" He questioned. The little furby didn't move towards the others but only moved cuddling her father even more. She buried her face into his mane and shook her head indicating that she didn't want to, all she wanted to do was stay near her father.

Seth was a bit curious at this very eager Furby. He wasn't sure about how to approach, but decided to say hi. "Hello. Me Seth." He said it so softly that someone might have thought he had just let out a long breath.

"Speak up little one. "Favulous prodded. "He can't hear you if you speak so quietly. Oh and Penny, come over here and have a bit to eat." She got out some Furby food for Penelope and put it on a paper plate on the blanket. Penelope waddled over and started eating happily. Favulous stroked her little tuft of hair on top.
"She was my first Furby. She's learned quite a bit so far. Her baby there has just hatched from the egg not too long ago. He had four siblings, and they've all found wonderful homes." Penelope gave a quick cheep as she continued eating her food.

Seth watched as his mom ate and he was left alone with Max. "Me Seth," he spoke again, a little louder. He too, covered his eyes with his ears, but then peeked out from under the left ear and smiled sheepishly.

Favulous turned to Zak. "Your Furbys are adorable. Little Kel seems about as shy as Seth, but Gregory seems to help her along nicely."

Penelope finished her food and looked around at the little group that had formed. She then decided to go over and talk to the new adult Furby. As she waddled up, she gave a big Furby smile. "Hi there. My name is Penelope, or Penny for short. I believe I heard your daughter say her name, but I didn't catch your name." She directed this last bit at Gregory.

Meanwhile, Seth was still hiding under his ear, and saw his mom walk over to the other two Furbys standing together.

Zak chuckled a bit as she tilted her hat back on her head. "Yes he's a bit fatherly. I guess he's a proud father being the first furby to have kids. She's still a bit shy and won't talk out of third person." Zak murmured, "Hopefully exposing her to those other then the ones she knows back home will help her get out of that habit."

Gregory gave a small smile to Penelope. "Gregory," He replied. "Its very nice to meet you."

Kel just continued to snuggle into her father's main. She heard the other small furby but was to shy to even try to get to know him.

A little disappointed that she never even answered him Max's ears drooped sadly. Nothing could keep him down for long though so he turned back to the blue and white spotted Furby Seth but he waddled behind his mother. At least he answered back.

"Me say Joke, you listen!" He offered Kel, having an idea. He knew an array of funny jokes after Vicky had read a joke book to him one day. "Knock knock?!" He said, wondering if she knew this routine or never heard a joke before. Maybe Seth would answer if she wouldn't. She seemed more like a listener to him.

Vicky took out the fruits and veggies she packed as Furby food, there was plenty to share if they all got hungry. She also took out a small round ball for Max, maybe he could get one of the other babies to play with him or go exploring. Either way the toy might help.
