A member named King Progdor has given me trouble in the past, a lot of trouble, to be truthful. He IS the reason why we have Metal Reign. About 2 years ago, I was active on the Metal Forum and butted my way right up almost into the reg status. One night I made the unfortunate mistake of telling a newb that their band sucked and wasnt metal. He shot me a pm straight away telling me how "I had dissapointed HIM" and "how he had lost respect for me" ect, ect. I sent the newb an apology and KP an apology, just to clear the air, but that's when everything well away.


He had been anger towards me for some time he confessed. I was taking his spot in the Metal Forum and becoming more well known because I had more in common with other regulars. So for the next 2 weeks, KP and I talked and tried to work through his differances against me. At one point I mentioned on the sly, fibbing some, that some of the bands on my music like list I haven't listened to very much. He started calling me a fake, and that "I needed to be true to thine own self". In the end, he dragged my name through the mud to where all of the regulars hated me because he aimed them. All about what a liar I was and that I was a "myspace-ho". No one would talk to me and there was even a 4 page debate on whether or not I should be allowed to post there. In the end I left, no one would really stand up for me.


I made MR and the rest went silent for a while. About 4 months later he messages me telliung me how he will be the bigger person and he had forgiven me( something we went around to everyone else and told this too). Things were silent for the most part after that because he left the internet for 4 months. I banned him from MR, in his absense for inactivity after Val invited him without thinking.


In the begining of september, he wanted admission back into MR, the guild was created because of him, so there was no way I was going to allow him back in here. Grave, being the man that he is, denied the request. Then KP sent our Vice 2 messages about the denied request. This is about the time where King Progdor started to come to my profile, basically stalking me, and not leaving comments.

As of tonight it has escalated further. Warrior of Metal just spent an hour defending me to this person who claims that I am lying about my age and other things. I sent KP a message telling him he needs to let this go, but I fear my message will make things worse. I wanted you guys to know part of what I have been dealing with for the last 2 years or so. This is my side, I'm sure you'll hear his. All I can say is that I am sick of him telling everyone how wonderful he is, and how cool he is. I am also sick of him bragging about everything and, MOST of all him Bullying me.

She basically did, but he kept going. Going so far as to spread lies about her to a friend of hers.

My first thought was maybe to report him to an admin for harassment, but judging by how Gaia is nowadays...they won't give a damn. I guess he might be jealous of MR's success or something? Personally, I steered clear of the Metal Forums for much the same reason I stay off most of Gaia's public forums--too many idiots, too few tolerable people.

What's the risk in letting him back in, though, aside from the apparent tension?

Oh wow, I know KP as well, I befriended him somewhere on Gaia (here or TSG) and he seemed like an okay guy. He never said anything weird to me. It's funny how things just go so wrong with some people all of a sudden.

I hope he gets that he's not welcome here anymore soon... you could always block him or set your profile to 'friends only' if he doesn't stop.

yeah, i'm actually surprised he has never mentioned you to me, him an i used to talk fairly frequently. kid's kind of a self-centered a*****e, i stopped talking to him because he was pretty arrogant. he never made any attacks on me, but he did on other people i knew, and i just didnt want to deal with his s**t. he caused some major problems in the last guild i was in (ash, you joined after he'd already been booted, so you wouldnt be familiar with that) and i definitely think it's a good idea to not let him in.

Also, I seem to remember his avi having a two-faced mask... Quite fitting, it seems.

I know him, I thought he was okay... but I guess I didn't really take much notice of him as he was just another person in a guild I rarely visit

He was actually one of the few Metal Forum regs I liked, until he went on a slight hiatus a while back. I visit the Metal Forum about once a day, I've never seen him bash you, but I don't doubt it, but I see everyone there bash everyone. I usually spend my time in the main Music Forum though, because its more interesting.

I'd say next time he asks just flat out tell him this guild was created because he made the Metal Forum a hostile and uncomfortable place for you and that you can't trust him enough to let him in. Tell him you dislike him for that, and unfortunatly can't let him in. If he still has a problem you can't solve, let me talk to him.

From my experience everyone there is a big ******** jerk, elitist, a*****e who knows nothing about anything except their own opinions no actual fact or how to be sensible or tolerable to others likes. However, its the only other active place to talk to others about Metal when this place is dead.
